I accidentally find this place on my way to the theater close by, and oh my god I had the best hamburger in my life! I can't believe it was real! 😆 Also I love the atmosphere and tye interior designing of the place, and the staff were friendly and polite. Food was ok, service was mediocre at best during our stay, but when it came time to get the bill, things got interesting. No possibility to split the bill in any way, "We don´t do that" we were told. I can understand if you wont split it by each person, but not even evenly with all three members.. After questioning this, in the end the waiter agreed on splitting it this time if I personally get a calculator and tell the amount and pointing at my phone. I was shocked that is she really asking for me to calculate the amount myself. "Not my job" was the answer... Really rude. She was saying that it says no splitting in the menu, but it would be helpful if you had a menu in English, unfortunately I cant speak or read Dutch... Worst service ever I´ve had in a restaurant.. Nice place on Stadshart shopping centre to have a drink. Very kind people. Prices are normal. Around €2,75 for a tea and €3 for a Spa red.

We wanted to sit inside and waitress forced us to go sit on the terrace because for her it was easier to serve!! What a joke! Of course we walked away. And what makes it more interesting is that after all the negative reviews read here about the staff during all these years, the management doesn't do anything. In one word: zorgeloos. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Careless staff. We needed to ask 3 times for the already ordered drinks and food. In the meanwhile we were summoned to move chairs to not block the path (which the younger slimmer girls could pass easily several times), where they also could go arround easily. The sun was burning at 14 o clock and we were trying to sit a bit more in the shade. Food was good, drinks were cold (which they were supposed to be). Just an unfriendly staffmember. Unfortunately they treat people awfully. The owner(!) was gossiping about us with other waiters assuming we don't understand Dutch. We of course left without ordering. They did not show any sign of apology. Instead, we were told to 'go and give a low rating in google'. Well, here you go... Not surprised to read the horrible comments from other visitors. The service was good. We ordered “vispotje” for three people. The portion of fries and salad was really small for three people. It was like ten fries per person? Ridiculous. The vispotje was alright, but just not the type of cuisine I like. It also lacked some variation in texture because it was soggy overall, but it was alright and fine to eat for once.
