I have had 3 meals from this Zaxby's location in the past few months. The first time, I dined solo at the restaurant. The counter clerk was patient and friendly to me, a Zaxby's novice. The dining room is fast food style, with hard bench seats and utilitarian lines. The food is tasty, but there is too much fat in a meal for it to be wholesome. I had chicken tenders with fries, slaw, and Texas toast. I tried the Zaxby's sauce but preferred the chicken without it. On two later visits, I got takeout for myself and my mother. The food was ready super quick, and my orders were accurate. Good value for the quantity of food they give you. 10 Piece Boneless Wings Taste like they’d been sitting under heat lamp for a long time. Chicken wasn’t fresh at all. One had a hint of pink in the center. I missed the days when the chicken was fresh out the oil. It’s actually pretty good when cooked to order. Hadn’t had food from this location in years. Due to this service, I may never come back. They have the best chicken tenders and fries. When I visit another store in the shopping center, I always stop at Zaxby's for dinner. They are the fastest drive thru I've been to. The food is always hot and fresh, and I love the Texas toast that comes with the meal. The staff is friendly and always greets you with a smiling face and a hello. Employees were really nice and provided great customer service. The restaurant was clean and they made sure to check the tables and floors for trash. I haven’t been to this location in a very long time. I will definitely return. Usually when I come here, I don't have any problems but l visited this location on Sunday and not happy with the preparation of my food. It was super messy and ridiculous. Honey mustard was on my fries, on the side of the bun, and all in the container.

Newly updated Zaxby's location that serves pretty consistent fast casual American fare from wings, 🍗 chicken, 🥪 sandwiches, 🍟 fries, and really good 🥗 salads. The staff are good but can be hit or miss depending on what crew you get. They also have good desserts and ♿ handicap accessible parking, restrooms, and seating.

August 1, 2022 - We went to Zaxby's to dine for the first time and the food was okay. I had a Cobb Salad which came with fried onions in it and Texas Toast on the side. My experience is based on this visit. This is my first visit in two months. I was service via drive thru. The wait was 5 minutes after being told to hold. I placed my order, no problem. I requested two specific drinks which were no availableso I accepted the default, sweet tea. I specifically request spicy Zak sauce. When I received my order, there was no spicy zax sauce in my bag nor did the cashier inform me they were out. I went inside the restaurant and only then was I informed that not only were they out of Spicy Zak sauce, they are out of regular Zak sauce and didn't offer any substitute. Had a good experience at this Zaxby's fries were good. Sandwiches were good, a little pricey but good stuff. They have a Coca-Cola machine. Accessibility is decent, you gotta get through to doors to enter the premises. Not the best place to go on a wheelchair. Grilled Chicken tasted good.
