Do NOT go to this location! These are the fries we got nothing but crunchy crumbs. Not the first time the food is disappointing. Most importantly When you walk in no one is there to greet you or help you out, but you know they’re there cus you can hear them being extremely loud. Employees are always in the back, grown adults acting like they’re in high school laughing and cussing. Last time I go here. It’s never a pleasant experience. Very disappointed in the service and professionalism of the staff. Eating food in the cook area as well as being on their phone. To much play and talking while customer wait for their food. DoorDash orders should not take 30 minutes… Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Ordered a delivery. Fries were cold, had to finish cooking in my air fryer. Didn't get my brownies I ordered. While on the phone about the brownies, was told I couldn't get a refund it would have to be store credit. $11 is whatever. Also found out that half of my 50 wing order had no sauce on it. I wouldn't call back if something wasn't wrong. The manager said to eat a wing to make sure there's no sauce. You can visually tell they were strictly breaded. They said I could drive it up there and they could remake it, even after explaining that 2 of my children and I are all type 1 diabetic and had insulin for the food already. I will never suggest anyone buy anything from here, especially after how they tried talking to me like I was dumb. Extremely unprofessional and I will no longer spend my hard earned money on this place. Very disappointing! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered and paid for 10 piece wing combo, all flats, fried crispy. What I got was 7 drums and 3 flats. I do not like drums, that's why I asked for and paid for flats. What they did fry crispy was the French fries... I could break a window with these BURNED fries. This location seems to not care about the quality of the service or food anymore. Horrible service I placed an order at 7:20 and come up to pick it up at 8:20 and waited an additional 30 mins so 1 and a half hours. Employees ignore customers and act as if they don’t wanna be there. You’re better off going to the mi Pueblo’s location on Davis. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Quite possibly the most incompetent people I’ve ever encountered. I have ordered from them a few times and every time the order is wrong. Allison the “assistant manager” was rude and didn’t want to reconcile the same mistake they make on a simple order. States manager Savannah is never there and will not be able to be reached. Today at 8:05pm to 8:28pm They are not professional employees cook and cashier.. They don't even dress the right way.. They should've tuck in the shirt and wear latex glove.. My wife and I witness.. The tall black man wear beanie hat cashier, that we order wings, he stupid for removed band-aid from his hand in front of us so nasty.. There should have video inside proof!!! I'm going to start out by saying, it's harder to find great wings than you think it would be! For that reason, I usually fall back on Wingstop. I think they can be a little heavy on the seasonings but minus that, they do it right! When I'm not in the mood to venture out and try someone else's subpar wings, I hit up ole reliable. This wingstop is the worst! It's horrible! Only people who couldn't care less work here! Me and my son walked in and ordered foods for dining in at 6pm today. We waited 40 mins for our foods. When we got the foods, the fries are old, cold, stale and looks like it has been sitting for hours. The wings looked ok but not as good as expected. This is first and last! Don't go here! Anytime I need my wing fix, this is the spot to go to. When I come in, I’m greeted and my order is always ready on time. Kasaiya is always able to assist me if I have any issues with my order. Unless I’m out of town, this is my wing spot to pull up to. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
