Never fails this Wingstop never has order ready on time over an hour of waiting after online order was complete. Employee said nothing can be done this is how they resolve issues just push you to the side. I would rather travel far for good service.

I ordered a combo online and it was nice and hot when I picked it up. Good flavor and service. Thurs.07/20/2023-Great service. I had to remind them my online order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 5pm. The staff was courteous and understanding about it. My order was perfectly delicious 😋 This is a very busy location. I was so excited to try this Wingstop…until I got there. NOBODY there was paying attention or even acknowledged me being there. Finally when they did “sorry sir, into about an hour and a half wait for walkin customers. The ENTIRE staff acted like they did not want to be working there and not to mention the place was absolutely filthy. I won’t be back and suggest you don’t waste your time. Rude employees, yelling at customers literally! I had made my order at 7:29PM was there till 10PM y’all had people from 5PM waiting for their damn orders! Y’all shouldn’t be taking any orders online or over the phone but y’all had over 50 people there unbelievable! I asked for a refund and NOTHING. Bad Experience. I called ahead of time to ask about the French fries if they were nice and golden like they advertised and was told they were good in their opinion even though I had just explained to them I just had a bad experience at another location about the same thing,wanted to take my business elsewhere and ended up in the same boat will not be doing business with WingStop anymore they just aren't the same as they were before. My fries was cold. I wasn't expecting that cause they was a lil busy. The boneless wings looked more like strips or nuggets and I asked for lemon pepper and barley tasted the seasoning on my food. It is a long wait time the lobby was packed but something I appreciate is the nice woman that came from the back of the kitchen to apologize to everyone in the lobby. I didn't catch her name and if shes not a manager she should be! She came out , made small talk with customers in the lobby and offered something as simple as a drink while they wait in the lobby. This place gets a lot of online orders and looks like it has a lot of teenagers some adults need to be more patient and imagine if this is their child working here. How would you like them to talk to you?? At this point everyone should be used to a long wait time here and not once did i see any rudeness from any of the employees! The general manager Ms.Karla is very rude I order 2 10 piece wing combo I spent almost 40 dollars on my food @ 11:56 right before they close I ordered all flats the wings they gave me were extremely big the fries were crumbs and hard. So I let my kids eat it and I called the next day to let them know my order was not right. Ms. Karla is telling me that I should of kept the chicken to get it replaced and I told her (so basically I would of had to go to a another restaurant and spend more money just to eat that night mind you it’s midnight about time I got home)I didn’t meat my meal I don’t do fat chicken . She said well I can’t believe the word of a stranger just because you telling me your order wrong don’t make its true and you need to show me proof ( I DO HAVE MY RECEIPT). I told her I’m not a stranger I buy food from this restaurant all the time. I asked for the corporate number and she gave it to me and said by the way corporate is close you will have to make your complaint Monday bye have a good weekend and hung up on me.
