I came thru the drive thru at 8:30pm. Sat there for 15 minutes without the line moving. When we got our food, the burgers were good, but the French fries were overcooked. I expected better quality for the time waited in line. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The food and service were good but upon arrival and departure it is disheartening to see the American Flag being flown in an upside down position!! The manager was made aware of the situation but refused to take the time out to correct the situation, so my husband got permission to do it. He served in the United States Marine Corps. He ended up having to take the flag down because the eyelet was broken on the rope that raises and lowers the flag. Whataburger will need to fix this before rehanging the flag back up.
