My first time here i went through the drive through and gave 5 stars all across. This time we dined in and the experience was very different. My burger bun had sauce all over the top bun. The drinks were very watery (teas, juice, etc). My wife's burger was cold. Mine was cold too but I didn't care about that as much as my wife did. Many drink options were unavailable, and the ones available tasted flat and watery. They were also out of ketchup at the ketchup pump. We hope next time is a better experience, if there is a next time. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

The young lady who works there is always pleasant She's extremely respectful. She trains the new workers . Next time in town I will personally tell her myself . Went and got dinner that was terrible. Burgers were so sloppy and fries were awful and burnt. Lady said they didn't have time to change the greese. I don't think I want to try Wendy's again after that. I even had to ask for my debit card back.

I paid over $50 for my food just to get it and not receive everything that I ordered. The food that I did receive was not accurate to my original order and I had food that I did not order. I even called customer care to get help and request a refund but I have yet to receive help or a refund. I’m hoping taking this method will get me help. Overall I was disappointed with the whole experience. From the food to customer service. Can I please have my money back?? Rude employees. I gave her a $20 My order was $10.90 she said I don’t have no change I said ok what do you want me to do. This little girl said “what you want me to do Go to the bank. No give me my money back I tried calling the manager the employees playing on the phone like 8 year old children. Preparation area looked untidy. The employees too laid back. Not very friendly. Been in better Wendy's. 8/29/23: staff more friendly however burger was cold where the cheese did not soften one bit. I would give zero starts if I could! Gave me burnt bacon smelled So bad. I wouldn’t even give this to a stray dog in the street. That’s not bacon anymore that’s charcoal. Needs to be shut down!
