On the mobile app, I ordered a maple bacon chicken croissant with medium seasoned potatoes, 4 piece French toast sticks, and a small coffee. The lady at the window had me pull up to the door to wait for my order. I waited for a long time until finally some young guy brought my food out. My coffee was missing so I told him and he went back to get it. I also had to wait a long time for that. When I got my coffee, it was barely warm along with the rest of the food. The chicken on my croissant was burnt. They also left out the Swiss cheese on it. Tasted horrible. Steer clear of this location. Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2

Walked in, everyone ignored us for 5 minutes then said “we don’t have someone working the counters, you’ll have to go through the drive-through”. Went through the drive through, didn’t have the breakfast menu up, someone had to come change it, ordered, didn’t repeat the order or give a price. Pulled to the first window, the lady was on the phone, she was very unhappy, didn’t say good morning or have a good day, made us park even though there are no others cars and no one else ordering in or out of the restaurant, waited over 10 minutes for them to bring our food out. Lady was still on the phone, said she didn’t remember what drink was which, food was mediocre, got breakfast sandwiches, eggs were green and and whole sandwich was dry. Worst drive thru experience I’ve ever had. I’m deaf and wanted to do order at the window bc can’t hear at the speaker. i verbally said give me a sec so I can look and I explain that we are deaf we have to order at the window, he gave us bad attitude. I couldn’t trust them making our food with that kind of attitude. So we left went somewhere else. Their customer service stinks. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Came at 8:30 pm through the drive through and were told they were closed when they don’t close until midnight. I understand things happen but this has happened multiple times. There were also two gentlemen inside eating. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The Wendy's menu has a great variety of combos, salads, and I just love the chocolate Frosty's!! The young lady at the drive-thru had excellent customer service!!

The woman that called us when the food was ready started yelling at us because we didn't run right over and get our food. We were getting our drinks! I went here last week too and I was just picking up my mobile order and most of the employees were nowhere to be found. Turns out, they were standing outside smoking weed. My food wasn't even ready and this was after about 15 minutes. My grandson was with me and you could smell the weed on the employee when he walked in. Customer service could be alot better. We pulled up to the drive through and the guy says "give me a minute" with an attitude before we even said anything. And then says "whenever you're ready....whenever you're ready" as I was telling my fiancé my order to tell to him. Very impatient and it shocked me and my partner. I'm all about being rude to customers who were rude to you. But he started off with being rude before we had even said anything. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

As others have mentioned this Wendy's location is fairly consistent for the food, from 🍔 burgers, 🍟 fries, 🥗 salads to their new 🥓🌯🍳 breakfast offerings, however, the customer service is truly hit or miss. If you go at peak times expect your order to take longer than usual. They do have ♿ handicap accessible seating, 🚻 restrooms, and parking.

I was doing door dash and I purchased an oatmeal bar. The manager noticed the ones displayed weren't fresh enough so he baked some more, without my knowledge. Once he informed me I was surprised because they were pretty busy as well. It's always great getting a fresh product so kudos to the manager for a great experience. I didn't get his name but he was a black man with dreadlocks. Very professional and patient with all of the guests that he served. Great experience!!!
