Went in to redeem a free frosty coupon with a kid. Thought about buying a meal to go along with it, but everything was $7-10 and I was too shocked to make a purchase. I'm sure it is accurate to the level of ingredients and etc, but I can't afford that type of meal right now. But. The kid enjoyed their free frosty and the place was clean and staff was very kind. Seating area needs cleaned up more often, didn't see anything serviced before, during, or after we sat down for a one hour snack. Food was good. Staff was nice. Missed one happy meal that we had to go back for. Chocolate frosty was out but no note on or in kiosk or app ordering. Only one kiosk working also. Met need for fast service and fresh hot food. Cheerful greeting and correct food order; lite ice, extra pickle, lite sauce on burgers, extra sour cream for baked potatoes and extra cheese on chili. Included straws, forks, spoons & knives and requested extra napkins. Nothing missing. It's kind of like Carl's Jr. Pretty good food. However, they are known for screwing up your order. On multiple occasions at other Wendy's, I've told them no tomato or onion. What do they do they put Tomatoes and onions on my sandwich. So, I would say that Wendy's needs to retrain their night shift staff to listen to the customer's order's. Especially if they have a food allergy and can't have that certain item on the sandwich. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

My daughter and grandkids, and I enjoyed them quick efficient very polite & friendly customer service during our drive thru lunch. Food was hot, delicious and a great value too! I would totally recommend the Appleway CdA Wendys to anyone wanting a quality, freshly prepared, inexpensive, fast food place! It's really nice to have good ole fashioned customer service provided by cheery professionals, it is a refreshing change from some of tho other fast food establishments! Terrible service. Went to get breakfast this morning and the drive threw lady was very rude and had major additude for no reason when she just yanked her hand out to get the money from my husband. And slammed the window. Not only her additude sucked the food was soggy and dry af. This issue needs to be handled by a manager for sure. Went through the drive thru normally fast food ppl are super friendly happy enthusiastic nope not this place the person taking or order sounded and responded like they’re miserable!! After making us wait 5 mins to take our order we weren’t greeted it was more like what do you want come to the window!! Get to the window same thing no greeting girl had a look of disgust on her face not a way to approach or deal with customers very offensive especially when you’ve never met or personally done anything this person. Wasn’t right and it’s not hard to do the job you’re getting paid to do. Not the customers fault you’re miserable. Maybe customer service isn’t the right job!! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

As usual Wendy's is one of the cleanest fast food chains that is out there...and the Coeur d'Alene Wendy's is no different...clean as a whistle...I was greeted by Sandra's fantastic smile and served a hot and delicious breakfast baconator....I enjoyed my breakfast sandwich with a great tasting order of seasoned potatoes....I tell you what. I know that Wendy's is new to the fast food breakfast game but they hit a home run this morning....thank you Coeur d'Alene Wendy's...you are a blessing to our already blessed community.. Worst experience i ever had in a restaurant. I ordered two junior bacon cheeseburgers. It took over a half an hour to get the food. Couple of the employees were staring at me laughing and when I got my food it was like the burgers were dipped in the toilet. It was so bad I couldn't even eat it.
