November 6th today for lunch we tried Wendy’s which used to be my favorite, # 6 spicy, while still a good sandwich, not my fav anymore, fries could have been filled up more, and kids had jr cheese burgers and they truly are “jr” sandwiches. As a drive-through customer I really don't count the "atmosphere". That said, the staff and the breakfast food was simply amazing. The people were efficient and friendly, and my breakfast was cooked to perfection. I'll say this: A Wendy's breakfast is second to none! The spiced potatoes and the entree are excellent. I tried to order a fifty piece nugget, which I’ve always been able to get at Wendy’s. The man taking my order added 5 ten piece, when I explained a fifty piece he said they did not have it. Asked him to take off 3 orders and just give me 2 ten pieces he didn’t reply for a while. Asked again and he began yelling at me repeatedly swearing. His manager got on the line and said they are refusing me service. Service Take out Service: 1

Have not eaten inside a fast food restaurant for many years. It was nice and clean, even the soda machine area. Staff was extremely friendly and even checked up on us. This place has gone downhill since the beginning of covid-19. The store is somewhat clean. It could use some upkeep but ok. I don't eat here. There are better options in the city before coming here. If you like Wendy's, then this is for you. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The French fries was not very warm and one of our sandwiches was wrong. We drove back to let them know. They did give us another one but they should have offered us something free since we had to drive back and get the correct one. Gentleman taking the order was nice. That's the only reason for 2 stars. Food was cold. Not even made correctly. A Chicken BLT biggie bag with no tomato isn't hard to ask for... Receipt is correct, but I understand reading is hard.

It took nearly 15 mins, and it cost nearly $20 for two sandwiches, one of which was missing the main aspects of the sandwich, and a large fry. The pretzel pub chicken sandwich didn’t have the cheese sauce that it claims, and it didn’t have the pretzel bun. What it did have was about 4 servings worth of honey mustard in place of the cheese sauce. 2 vehicles behind me in the drive through got their food before me as I waited. So at least mine was fresh…I think. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
