Ordered two Biggie Bags combos with Double Stacks. While the fries and nuggets were ok, the Double Stacks were horrible and I had to refrain from asking "Where's the beef?". Why? Because on both sandwiches, the burgers were about as thick as a stick of gum and see through in places such that the cheese between the two patties was visible. If we combined the four patties together they might have been one actual Double Stack. Never have experienced this at any other Wendy's. Maybe they cut the patties in half here? Very disappointed. The food is always good and usually hot. The service is very friendly. My only problem is that it doesn't look as clean as I would hope. I understand how difficult it must be, but that would be the managers responsible for making sure of that. Got there just after one, and the crew seemed to be having trouble outside of their control with product. Despite this, I have helped quickly and even had some ketchup thrown in that I didn't ask for, but I am happy to have received it. Always a good experience. I’ve had many strange experiences at the Biddeford Wendy’s and some are horrible and some are just ok. They’ve got my order wrong at least 7 times in a single year of me going. Plus sometimes the employees take 25 minutes to even take your order. It’s gotten worse over time. Hire better people. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered a biggie bag with a double stack and a separate jr. bacon cheeseburger. Instead of receiving my order I got 2 plain single burgers. Burger patties were horrible quality, they were literally crumbling in the wrapper. Like at least throw some ketchup on them. The drive through people were really nice though. Some crazy stuff happening behind the counter, but i got my food. i used the app and i was in and out in under ten minutes - even the chili was fine. I don’t know why you oldheads wont use the app. It’s a meal for $5 why do you guys expect royal treatment

Place is a total joke, workers arguing tables and floors were disgusting. Some workers there appearance I was apolled( you would think there would be a dress code) definitely would never bring children there!( very foul language) corporate will be notified!!!!!!!! It is difficult to place an order when dining in as there is only one kiosk in which to place your order. The service was slow which is typical of any of these so called fast food restaurants as drive through always takes precedence. We stopped here previously about two weeks ago and the ice machine was broken and was still out of order this time. There was no indication on the machine that it was not working nor did the server bother to tell us when supplying the cup for our soda. After finding the ice machine not working it required a trip back to the counter to ask for ice, after returning to dispense our soda of choice, diet coke, found it was out of that selection which meant another trip back to the counter as there dispenser was working. There was an elderly couple having a hard time with the order kiosk and not one employee tried to help them or make it known that you can order from a human. I tried to tell the young fake blonde lady they needed a person to order but she was really rude and could care less. The old couple ended up just leaving :( Service: 1

Typical revampted Wendy's restaurant, clean and well laid out. Service sucked but that's typical for the new restaurants with order kiosk, the employees will steer clear of the front counter just hoping you will order from the kiosk so they don't have to interact with the customer, this is typical of all the stores.
