Wow, this place is not up to standards. Got stale bread, hard as a rock like how are you not going to notice that. Asked for regular nuggets, had got all spicy and they were not busy at all. Fries weren't even fresh, had that old oil taste, change it regularly. The only thing good was the milk and I'm glad that wasn't wrong, out of date or worse warm. Went with my husband, who tends to feel overwhelmed when ordering and usually picks items randomly. Hazel provided amazing service! She patiently listened to his order, double-checked, and even brought the food to our car, ensuring everything was correct. Excellent customer service, and the food was hot and hit the spot!. Well, that was a waste of money. I’ve never been to this location but ordered ahead in the app. After walking in this place, observing two employees not wearing gloves, seeing the utter amounts of trash around the place, and smelling the burning grease, I just couldn’t. I couldn’t stay, and I could not eat that food. I stayed long enough for pictures so hopefully none of you waste your time here. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

When I was picking up my food there were alot of problems going on with the workers there was no management if there was they were not taking care of business a ladie found a bag of food on the counter asked who's it was to the workers and I just seen her throw the bag across the room. This place needs a huge improvement ! That was at 7:30 ish my food was cold and I was scared to ask for ketchup nothing was stocked no ketchup napkins none of that ! Was told it would be 10 minutes for food at drive thru. Only 1 car ahead of us. Didn't take 10 minutes, BUT the fries were definitely cooked in old oil. Single star, as I walked up to the store, employees were sitting outside in the drive thru smoking. When I entered, an employee was leaning against the counter on their phone. I stood at the counter for a couple of minutes to see if they would notice me. They never once looked up. The tables had trash and food crumbs and were in a need of cleaning. Back area looked to be in a need of a serious clean. I'm sad, this use to be my go to for my lunch when I had a chance. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went inside to place a simple order to go. They have the doors open and it says dining room is open as well on the windows. A girl came up to the register and proceeded to say they only take orders through the Drive Thru, and based on her customer service skills.. she doesn’t like her job. I get it if they ran the drive thru only, but some people have car troubles and going inside is more accommodating to my situation. Needless to say, I won’t come back. I was there 1/8/23 835pm. Standing at counter trying to ask the guy with dreads if they were open. They guy was standing at drive thru window continuously cussing out another employee in the back. I actually yelled are you open and he ignored me and continued arguing with girl in back. So sad this is the quality of people that are being raised! Service: 1

Food is fine but it takes them 20 minutes to get you value-menu items, went to grab a quick bite before work now im 15 minutes late and still waiting... i almost exclusively go to wendys but not this one, Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Been here at least 10 times. 100% of time , any dsy or night shift, employees here are the best. Don't lose a single one. The only Wendy's I go to. Thank you to all the workers here.
