Cashier was very rude. She stated in front of many customers that she was going to quit taking orders inside and just do doordash. I waited several minutes before my order, then it took her at least 10 minutes to take my order and did not take it correctly and when she gave me my food she slammed the bag on the counter and said there you go anything else. Not going to lie, I am not buying food from the Wendy's in Poplar Bluff Missouri again! Service was an absolute disgrace. Customers that come back are the ones that are treated with respect. Poor service, friendly but clueless counter cashier. Eventually, successfully ordered two, to go, apple pecan salads. After getting back on the road, I discovered neither came w dressing or pecans. Both essentially had no apple slices and were made with only Romaine lettuce. The salads weren't even close to being worth $8.69 each, but the chili was good. The same Wendy's salads earlier in the week (Madison WI) were cheaper, made with mixed spring greens, adequate apples, and included both pecans and dressing! The customer ahead of me had issues also. This has got to be the worst Wendy’s ever. I loved Wendy’s for years but I have watched them decline for years. Who can ruin a Frosty? They have are cutting back due to inflation I think so! But the prices are ridiculously high and really small amounts, for instance a small leaf of lettuce and a small sliced tomato and the chicken was a flat slice ( like lunch meat thin) I would steer clear of it if you want your moneys worth because you will lose all around if you eat there. I stood at the counter for just over 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. There was someone cleaning who kept looking at everyone waiting for their order to be taken, but didn't come help or ask another employee for help. While waiting, I witnessed an employee tell a doordasher that they are unable to make fries without salt, which is what the customer of doordash ordered. When the dasher asked why and what if the customer can not have salt or something happens, the employee of Wendy's said that that's not their problem. I ended up leaving without ordering. AWFUL LOCATION! Only visited because we were given a gift card. Went through the drive thru, despite asking for only the sandwich for one of our meals and a combo for the other drive thru attending couldn't get it correct, resulting in paying for inedible fries I never wanted to begin with and a downsize on my lemonade( the only enjoyable item). Also despite being the only vehicle in the drive I was pulled, again for our fries to be inedible and our sandwiches to be halfway put together. I love Wendy's have always been happy visiting other locations , Poplar Bluff needs some work!! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Stopped in on our way home to Arkansas and decided to eat inside. The people were friendly, food was okay, but the place was gross! There were flies everywhere!!! They weren’t busy at all so I’m not sure why someone wasn’t cleaning up. Every surface had something on it from food to flies. I won’t be back here for sure! I ordered pickup through the app..I ordered a large Chilli, they sent a small, paid for extra cheese and crackers it had none..I ordered a baked potato and paid for butter....no butter. My husband ordered a frosty. The cup was over filled and the lady just took her bare fingers and slid the dripping frosty into the cup. I understand mistakes but thus was unacceptable!

Good food, restroom needs work...stalls were wiped down with something that left streaks and the paper towel dispenser was hanging open, not functioning...over a week. Guessing staffing issues?
