Have to say this location is getting better, the tables were actually clean and the staff were working hard. I think they could use a couple more employees to help during busy times, but most places could. Food was fresh and tasted good. Staff seamed to be helping each other out in times of need. Slow slow slow slow slow and slow. Especially on the weekends. Maybe two to three people are working. Parking is ok. The inside needs cleaning most of the time. Dirty pop/soda machine. Sometimes, the lobby is open, and most of the time, it is closed. During the weekend, you might as well not come to any of the restaurants by the mall as this will be the longest wait time because everyone is out and about shopping or just hanging out. Last three times I have gotten food here they have rung my order in wrong or have given me a completely incorrect sandwich. Also pretty uncomfortable for a guest to have to sit at the drive through window and listen to someone complain about management and their shifts/coverage. Been inside once and it fealt dirty. Sticky floors. Dim. Not what you'd expect in Wendy's. Went through the drive through a few days ago and it was quick but the sandwich was dry and tasted old. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I’d give negative stars, they were slow, snotty, and screwed up my order. I ordered the baconator only got one pice of hamburger meat and they just dumper the ketchup all over it.. should have checked before driving off. The service was TERRIBLE. The self serve soda was completely out of all sugar free options and when I asked the person at the counter about it I was told that she didn't have time to "fill it". i was SO nice and patient and have NEVER been talked to so rudely. drive thru guy with a high pitched voice was flat out mean. i’ve worked in food service i understand a bad night but you don’t EVER talk to anyone (customer or not) the way he talked to me and the way he was talking about other people in line . and not once was i rude back, even after being yelled at by him i said “thank you have a good night” (no response back). i never ever complain it was just unbelievable how mean he is

Girl who took my order was absolutely rude, she cut me off before i ended my order and would not come back over the speaker when i tried to ask for a drink after she told me to pull forward. the man making my food wiped his nose with his hand and continued to prepare food and when i told them to keep my change she shut the window in my face. when i received my food and said thank you have a great night all i got was a judgmental look.
