The chicken sandwich was raw it made my girlfriend throw up it made me sick to my stomach the lady at the window tried to charge her card twice & was rude & when we returned with the food & asked to speak to a manager & said that it was an urgent matter they told us she was to busy to talk to us & we wud hav to wait then the same lady that took the order at the drive through came & spoke to us & said she was the manager & began to explain how she don't understand how that happened & her tone was still kind of off-putting she showed no type of emotion or sympathy or anything about what happened almost like it was a joke to her I am so disappointed in this Wendy's store at 5815 St. Clair Ave Cleveland OH 44103 because we don't really eat fast food anymore but this is still one of our favorite places to eat at but I don't think we will b returning to Wendy's & if we do it won't be this one. Even though the food was way undercooked the service given the situation should hav been way better than it was I've worked in food & beverage off & on for the better part of 20 years I have never treated anyone like this nor have I ever been treated like I did not matter the staff there needs to be better trained.
