When you order your food hardly anyone in the store takes over ten minutes then you have to bag your own food. Come on Wawa even McDonald's puts your food in a bag for you. You have people's food in bags that order online but customers that come in you force to bag their own food. I couldn't even find the bags at first. So wait over ten minutes while store isn't busy then hunt for a bag. Need to be trained in customer service. I've worked in customer service and you don't treat some customers one way that order online and others that have taken the time to come into your establishment differently. Awful disgraceful!! I guess the machine that you order your food on printed out the wrong number for me bit I didn't know until I was waiting this whole time and decided to go look at the meal that was sitting there I just ordered fries spicy chicken sandwich and a milkshake. Well the order that was there was my order but wasn't the same number. So I asked this rude woman with a short cut and had on a hat that the order of that ticket is my orderi show her the receipt and the ticket number she started talking to me as if I was a kid and stupid she tells me look this is a milkshake ticket you have I told her when I scanned it it scanned my whole order and also the milkshake had the same number the food had so it didn't make sense she argued me down that I made the mistake and rudely say take your food all I said was the ticket number was wrong she said you had to have to tickets.. I am a grown man if I did we wouldn't be having this conversation and also why this number I have in my hand haven't been called its a number before the number on the food . She laughs at me and say take your food . And I'm like wow it had to be racism involved because I didn't deserve that type of treatment that simply could have been a oh the machine must be acting up and sorry you had to wait. I ordered a drink and payed for it immediately.. came to the wait line... Saw a made drink on the back counter.. wandered if it was mine!? There were 3 ladies in the back. Laughing and chatting. I waited and waited... Finally the youngest looking one came out. Placed a sticker on the drink (my drink) and called it out. No apologies. Nothing. My wait time was unnecessary. They need to pay more attention. And no I was not the only one waiting. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
