Delivery drivers beware: they don’t prioritize OUR orders at all. I stood in front of THIS individual/employee for 10 mins before she acknowledged me, otherwise pretended not to hear me when I inquired why it takes 15 mins to make a hoagie for my customer. Then she proceeded to give me an attitude like I am a second class citizen. What happened to good customer service?

I rate this Wawa a 5, I’ve been a Wawa employee for over 6yrs now and I would never treat my staff or my customers with an “attitude”, I’m a hard working individual doing two jobs and pulling close to 50-60 hr work weeks
Attention drivers : you’re coming to a Wawa with a work staff of all college students who are all run down and tired from balancing school and life does this give us a reason to take things out on you absolutely not, but just know we are all trying and we don’t know your story either
You never know what someone else is going through and to be kind is free of charge

if you want your Wawa experience to be horrible then come to this location. Every time I’m here it takes years to get my food. They never restock the warm food in the warmer. I just ordered a quesadilla and the worker first absolutely decimated it to a crisp. Second, he forgot to put ranch on a CHICKEN BACON RANCH quesadilla at first. So kindly of him he did put ranch on it. One little line of it on the crust of the quesadilla. This place absolutely stinks I rather walk to the one on gay street before I ever come here again.

This is the only Wawa I go to where the guy behind the food counter is rude and puts almost no food. If you get a breakfast bowl it’s crazy the manager here needs to get on these workers because this is just a joke.
I don’t know why I came back here because it was the exact same thing a second time. The guy behind the food counter is extremely ignorant. I don’t know, and it’s a disgrace with a hand you at this Wawa for food. I will not come here again this is a complete joke. The little old lady behind the counter is great, but they really need to do something about the poor customer service with that guy behind the food counter. This is honestly pathetic.
