First time here. Love the colorful coffee beans on the wall! Finch was very nice and helpful! I had and enjoyed the salted caramel iced coffee and a white chocolate and cranberry cookie. I will definitely be back! Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Walked in about 15 minutes before closing tonight and the person working barely acknowledged me when I came in. She came over and mumbled something and I asked about the snickerdoodle latte and other specialty lattes. She just pointed to the sign showing a few specialty offerings and told me I couldn’t have anything with espresso because the machine was just cleaned a few minutes before that - 20-25 minutes before closing at 7. I understand the cleaning process because I’ve managed a coffee shop and know what’s involved. I left without ordering anything - just frustrating when coffee shops start cleaning so early before closing. I was so looking forward to a Valentine’s treat before heading home so I went down the road to Starbucks (but I really like Waterbean). Service: 1

super cute small little place! mocha latte and cold brew with cold foam were great! coming from a barista, could have been a bit friendlier but overall good spot. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
Good coffee. Horrible attitude towards the customers. Everytime I think it's just a bad day for them..it's not. I come here every so often and each time I've been received with an attitude and almost bothered for coming to "disrupt them" . The visit before this one, I had the employee roll her eyes when we came in. Mind you there was no one else in the shop except another customer who she seemed more interested in talking to (male). I'm the type of person who gives a place more than one chance especially if they have good coffee, but I've had enough with the way we are received. They all seem young and have a lot to learn about how to treat others. I never leave bad reviews but sadly I don't want to come back to a place where they clearly don't want to work.
I literally plan my trips to winston around this coffee shop. The staff is so friendly, and the coffee is great. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I always get the iced snickerdoodle latte with no cold foam. My boyfriend always gets a caramel frappe. This is absolutely my favorite coffee shop.

Straight up the most bland tasteless latte I've EVER had. And regular size caramel only flavor was 6.99. Service was barely mehh. Atmosphere is quite unappealing. The only thing good was the music and perfect volume. 100% won't be back. Way too many better options Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

My saving grace today. I had no power at my place and came here to charge up and get a drink. Kenzie was so kind and recommended an amazing tea for me to try because I said I wasn’t in the mood for coffee. I love this place and the service here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I ordered a cappuccino, which cost me $6 and it was one of the worst coffees I’ve ever had! Poorly made and it doesn’t taste good! Customer service was horrible too! Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
Everything about Waterbean is awesome. From the coffee, service, and food. This will be a common spot for me now! Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Edit: Quality has taken a big hit since my first visit. When I first got a coffee flight, I was given three ~ 6 oz mugs of unique coffees. Each one tasted distinct, and the presentation was upscale. Second time around, each mug was at least 12 oz (way too much for one person), and the coffees all tasted basically the same. It tastes like the roasts weren’t as careful. Oh, well. Once a great coffee shop, now mediocre. — What a great coffee shop! For years now, I've wished I could walk into a coffee shop and just try a flight of all their coffees. Waterbean is the first place I've personally seen do this, and it was so good. When you get a flight of coffees - they do flights of espresso too - you get to pick three and choose between pour-over, french press, and siphon. Each of the coffees I had tasted true to the descriptions on the menu. I'm looking forward to going back. Amarissa was very kind. Everything else looked great, and imo, the coffee itself is up to par with higher-end coffee shops. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10
