Ordered online delivery today and my Lemons were covered in mold.
1. How do moldy Lemons end up on the shelf?
2. Who is picking up the moldy Lemons without checking them and sending them to customers?
I also ordered some spinach and received a reduced price spinach that expired today.
3. Why is produce that has expired and is reduced used to fulfill customers orders by default without even asking the customer?
Do not fulfill customer orders with reduced, soon to expire, or already expired product without consulting the customer first.
I do not want to save .75 cents for spinach that has already expired.
This isn't the first time this has happened either with receiving reduced goods without my consent or moldy spoiled produce.
Please do better!
Obviously one of the primary places people go to get food and other items but slow on the checkout and quality of items is not always a great from the food apartments average-at-best and a hassle to get in and out of the parking lot safely so I'm reading it a four out of five just because I'm an addict and have been going there regularly most of my life and that's what I mean by saying headache addicted to the large quantity of items and regular traffic of people there but otherwise I would take away a star for the things I previously listed above
The overall experience was fine, but there were far too many people working in pick up and that caused what I believe to be boredom. There were two girls in particular that were being very unprofessional and quite frankly obnoxious. Also causing a distraction to the young man loading my groceries.
Customer service is MIA at this store.
Me: Do you have any of these available? The app shows you do.
Associate: (on the radio) Hey, do we have any of these up front? Reply unheard
Associate: She didn't see any up front, but you can go look for yourself.
Me: Well, could you check your stock room? I mean, when you looked it up, you didn't immediately say you didn't have any in stock.
Associate: (In a tone filled with disdain) Do you need anything else, Sir?
I took my money to Amazon.
Terrible, awful experiences. Workers are generally rude. Now that they have online ordering implemented you are fighting to shop and get around against workers?! As they push huge carts around and basically have to shop and fill orders, but you would think they would still have some decorum and not be rude to customers actually shopping ..nope. they will block entire areas with those carts as they walk further down an isle to get stuff, they will jump right in front of you as you are shopping, if you ask any of them for assistance they will flat out say that's not their job. I understand they are doing a job and need to be focused but is maybe calling for the correct worker not an easier and still customer service approach to the company...instead of brushing off customers? Now they have removed all but 3 registers where there are actual cashiers, so it seems self checkout is a must. I want to shop and go home on my downtime from a job, not go work part time at Walmart bagging and scanning the VERY items I still have to pay for. They have many registers...but no one running them, just like 2 in center that have workers, the rest is all self checkout. Oh if the alarm goes off guess what...they still chase you down. They don't trust you enough to believe you didn't steal while being forced to check yourself out, but still dont hire cashiers. If I checked myself out u better no come tackle me, if you don't trust people it's a simple solution. Overall rude, prices have went thru the roof on EVERYTHING! it always looks like it is disheveled and like it needs a deep cleaning. The men's restroom looked coated in urine. Parking lot is atrocious, random carts playing frogger in parking lot, constant thuggery, my car had been broke into more than once while parked there. Do urself a favor and just go to neighborhood market or Kroger.
It's always packed it's not a bad thing either cause you know it's one place you can get everything you need. Something you want and it's most times affordable!
I really dislike working for Walmart for free. Our super center is always our of something. Steve Halter I know bigger and better things but you are truly missed .
Nice Walmart. On our way through town we stopped here for a couple of things. Friendly staff. We called ahead to confirm we could park our RV overnight. I was glad to even see a grassy area to walk my dog. Thanks!
This is a review of the Poplar Bluff, MO Walmart. If it wasn't for the selection and prices, I would rate this building a zero. It's a dump. This bldg needs an overhaul. Compare this store to the Dexter, MO location, and you will see. Avoid this Walmart if you're shopping for food and visit the Walmart Neighborhood store or, better yet, Aldi.
