They need to have more employees on the floor. If you have the app, it makes finding things easier without an employee. I usually can't look at my phone because of the kids, so I prefer to ask an employee. Half the time, I can't find one and it is frustrating.

This store is just sad. No help finding things. No cashier's hardly ever. Mindless robots running around with out any direction. Employees that park at nearest parking stalls for eight hours. I drive Lawrence before I'll go back there. The most ridiculous security service I've ever seen.
i called and was greeted with an annoyed hello? nothing acknowledging who i was talking with. when i asked if it was walmart i got a yeah. i asked for what i was looking for a got hung up on. i called back and got basically the same treatment. no amount of savings is worth being treated like that so i wont be and would suggest to everyone, shop where you are treated with respect and your dollar is important to them. or me, that will not be Walmart.

First, three employees standing around talking, not one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. The one human they have for checkout and the cashier was lethargic and slow. The cashier was more concerned with restocking the shopping bags on the turnstyle than helping me. The cashier had plenty of bags already there and said hello. Not once did the cashier make eye contact. The cashier then made me wait till they finished putting bags on the rack at a snails pace. The cashier then placed the receipt on the turnstyle. They couldn't even hand it to me or at least place it in a bag. I swear they intentionally place the slowest employees on checkout to encourage self checkout.
Had the bakery help me with my son's birthday cupcakes as you can see they're absolutely fabulous and perfect for his Pokemon themed birthday I seriously couldn't be happier with them and they where only 15 bucks and some change can't beat that so Go down to the bakery on 37th in Topeka Blvd ❣️ THEY ARE THE BEST ❣️

Automotive Center does not answer the phone. I attempted to schedule tire install for tires I ordered there. The website would not allow the scheduling for an unexplained reason . Over course of several days I have called the automotive service department and never get an answer.

This particular Wal Mart has poor customer service at the return desk. It's a long story but trust me they were very rude. Called the 800. Number and was told someone would call me back to assist, and no one ever called.
Placed an order for express delivery. Received notification that the delivery was not able to be delivered. After multiple phone calls, I was transferred to the online order and delivery department. The associate thought I was on hold and made a comment to the other associates that "that guy stole her groceries." The other associates and the one that answered the phone all laughed. I was told they could not find my order in the computer and to call back in 30 min to talk to the manager because none of the associates there were able.or capable of looking up my order. After 30 min, they no longer answered the phone and when I spoke to another store manager she told me the manager of that department was back from lunch and transferred me. This resulted in a very ignorant associate who would only tell me the manager wasn't available and when I asked who could help me he said his manager but she wasn't available. Now ai have to wait 10 days to get my 200$ back. Do not use this store. Their associat3s are lazy and unprofessional.
Customer service here isn't what it use to be..the only one who speaks to you is the greeter..the ones who stock the shelves complain to each other about work, cussing and act like you aren't there..lawn & garden employee doesn't speak & always has ear buds in..Customer service just needs improving..a lot..now the pharmacy staff, TOP NOTCH!! KUDOS!! They are always friendly..and my stuff is always ready..they always apologize for delays if they are with a customer..I just love the pharmacy staff! If only the rest of the employees could take some notes from them.. 😁

Was going to a self check out and was told we couldn't use it because they are shut down at 9. And when I was told this, it was 9:45. Before walking up, a customer had left seconds prior to me walking up. Only had 4 items and was still told no and go to a different self checkout. In the time it took to talk with the cashier, it would've been enough time to scan and check out. Very rude 😒
