Hate leaving poor reviews but a certain bakery/deli worker really dropped the ball. It was a simple cake for my sons bday I ordered 5-6 days in advanced. It was slow when she took my order, put it on the tablet to be ordered but must've never completed the order because no one did the cake, it wasn't in there system either. I know it just a cake. It's a first world tragedy lol but still, it's a cake. It should've been ordered. Simple but wasn't done. Edit: so apparently after they said my order wasn't in their system, the day of the party, an hour INTO THE PARTY they messaged me saying my cake was done. A little too late, updating from 1 star to 2 stars since they at least attempted Service: 2
