The Waffle House on Rufe snow drive is awesome. They always have an awesome serving crew that sincerely cares and serves. I frequently go there with my spouse for breakfast. I would like to recognize the Manager Mr. Benny that is always very pleasant and friendly. He always makes you feel welcome cordially with his team. I stopped by Waffle House on Monday, August 21st, for a good breakfast. I ordered cheese and eggs with bacon and grits on the side. I received cheese and eggs with grits on the plate and sausage. The eggs are very good and so was a toast in the grits are good too. However I received my bacon after I finished my breakfast. Not very good service however the waffle House cook was doing a great job. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

My husband and I went tonight to eat and it was excellent from service to food to cleanliness. Brady waited on us and we had a very pleasant conversation with him. I knew he was shy and asked him if it was his first job and he said yes and I could tell he was a high school student. We told him he was doing an excellent job and Benny the shift-asst manager was very pleasant as well and we praised to him how well Brady was doing and he said he was his number 1 on the evening shift. This place is honestly one of the best around here! The blueberry pancakes smelled really good when we came inside and tasted great when I had them. Hashbrowns are the correct crisp and Sprite was fizzy and tasted great. A/C in the restaurant works well and I was even a bit chilly. Employee ] was very helpful very knowledgeable of the menu just wearing his hat unprofessionally and the manager on the night shift Saturday morning 23rd 3:07 was eating in the back but I can see her and the cooking with out washing hands. My pops brought me for breakfast the other day a way of thanking me for the work I have done around his house these past few months. The staff were on it no problems with anything. Waffle House is a specialized fast food and that's what it is supposed to be. The grits were soooo good. Service was great, other than a 20 min wait at 1130am on Sunday (expected) it was great. We had outstanding service. We had 3 toddlers and an infant, so our table was a literal 3 ring circus. The staff could not have been nicer and provided wonderful service. Thank you, Waffle House team! Special thanks to the lovely server who offered her sweater when one of the kids threw up on herself.
