I went in today and there was probably 6 or 7 employees and I been waiting for about 20 minutes or so and no one even bothered to serve our table. It wasn’t even like it was busy, there were like 3 customers and the employees were dancing to songs and bantering among them. We were given the eye to leave and made eye contact multiple times. It’s almost like no one even cared to serve us Im not sure why but the management needs to get this straightened out. Very poor service and never will I come to this location! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Heading home from doctor appt and stopped in for late breakfast. Place was packed with people to be seated as well as picking up take out orders. Breakfast was terrific, and the staff was very attentive. Very reasonably priced and plenty of food for the money. Bacon burned. Over easy eggs were made over hard. Hashbrowns wereburned. Service not paying attention half the time. Restaurant is clean. Kids need someone to spend some time with them. They were very nice. They just need help with focus on giving maximum service throughout the entire dining experience. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

We don't have Waffle House chains where we live so this was a treat. It's a simple breakfast place with that diner feel. We ate here twice on our trip. Good service, great quality items and well, out of all the breakfast places we go to, you have the BEST BACON. I'm always game for 24hr diners and really, PLEASE OPEN SOME IN ILLINOIS!
