Completely different from other Waffle Houses in the area...its CLEAN..staff are nice and food is cooked fast and properly...this is my new spot. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stood at the register for 5mins while everyone walked past me and never tried to help me. At one point i even said "id like to place a togo order if anyone has time". They all kept helping the seated patrons. I had to physically approach Geoff and say " I am trying to place a togo order and noone sees me" . He then says he will help me in a second. When i stated id like to place a togo order sharon stood across the counter from me and ignored me to ask a seated patron at the counter to my immediate left if they would like a drink. Friendly counter staff. Picked up an order of crispy hash browns to go. Haven't been in a while so I don't know they now have a Value Menu. Nice. Always a favorite when out in the south east, I never understood why there isn't one closer to downtown.

First when we got there it took a very long time for a waitress to even come over to me and my family and ask what we wanted to drink and then when the food finally came there was hair in my hashbrowns and the waffles wasn’t even done and all the food came out at different times and when we ask for a manger they try to tell me that there wasn’t no manger and just over all it was sucky service and nasty food so I would not recommend going there Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Was my first time eating at this food chain. Well let me tell you - it was great. I was so impressed by the lady that attended my family and the person that she was helping train. The food was delicious- can honestly say the best breakfast I’ve ever had. I like other food chain places but this place tops them all when it comes to breakfast. My mom, myself, and my 3 kids visited this location earlier this morning. It was absolutely disgusting inside, the floors had not been swept, after sitting near the bathrooms, we moved to a table near the window and the window seals were filthy. There were 2 huge flies on the window next to me, and the wait staff seemed unbothered by it all. We were told the manager was going to be helping us by a young waitress who took our drink order when we got there, and the manager never introduced herself or came to our table. She continued to ignore us the entire time and was very rude. Once we were finished eating my mom requested a to go box from another girl behind the counter, who let my mom know she could not help her, we would have to ask our waitress. After waiting several more minutes for a box and still not being helped my mom got up from our table once again and requested it from the same girl behind the counter who finally helped. The manager then walked up to me and handed me a to go box and said she was “already coming.” She never apologized or spoke to us with kindness and she was rude the ENTIRE time.
