We go here at least once a week and I’ve finally figured out that going at lunch time is the best time to go. The lady that served us was awesome!! She was sweet to my daughter and reminded me of the older ladies I grew up with. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First off.... The food was great. That dude was fast and the food was well plated. Everything was prepared just as the server converted the order to him. But..... After having to explain my fairly UNCOMPLICATED order essentially 2 and half times, it still shows up wrong. If I am honest, I believe the communication breakdown was a result of the server being preoccupied by COMPLAINING ABOUT EVERY LITTLE THING SHE COULD. From the placement of items, the fact I tried to set the menus in what looked to the rest of the world a menu holder, to pricing gaps in the menu. BTW.... I've been to more waffle houses than she has... That's where they keep the menus. I sincerely hope the young lady was only having a rough evening.
