This bakery has been around since I can remember! (40+ years), and has been run by generations of dedicated people. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The products are always as fresh as you can get and the pastries are out of this world. This bakery is a true asset for the “Boshoven” neighbourhood. People don’t go to a bakery here, they go to the “Vries”!

Reputed bakery in the region that has won many awards. Popular for their Vlaais(Pie). Sells one of the best Limburgse Vlaai in the region. Have tasted most of their vlaais and all of them simply taste good. Fresh cream and bread are always fresh. Some of the Vlaai have to be pre-ordered. Beautifully decorated and tasty pastries to match each season and occasion. My all time favorite vlaais - Kruimel Vlaai and Caramel Vlaai Service Delivery Meal type Other Price per person €1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

One of the best bakeries in Weert! So much baked goods, so much pies! Too many to choose from! Their Banana, whip cream pies are amazing, though you might have to pre-order for that one! Bread, croissants, worst broodjes, and much more can be found here! The people here friend are and helpful. You may have to wait in a line for a bit, but it is worth it because it is all so good!

I bought a pie here. It's the first time I bought a fresh pie from Limburg. It was absolutely amazing! Before going to the store I thought (by looking at their site) that you could only buy an entire pie. Within the store I realized lots of people bought half a pie as well. I still bought an entire pie. I'm still really happy I did. Initially I ate loads of pieces. Knowing there's an entire pie allowed me not to feel afraid I'd finish it while wanting more. :-P I gave quite a bit away two days later, those people still thought it was amazing. Funny enough, it's even better fresh. I cannot find anything comparable elsewhere in the Netherlands. Most of the places that sell pies are often quite terrible. I was already happy with having a pie from a cafe in Limburg. A freshly baked warm pie is so much better than a cold piece from a cafe! I still really like those pieces in a cafe in Limburg. It's a 7 out of 5 ;-)
