Juan from the Deli was very helpful! I drove in from Santa Barbara to purchase the ReadyMeals, The Jamaican Jerk Chicken is my absolute favorite unfortunately not all Von's offer ReadyMeals. Juan patiently answered all my questions and if this store didn't have something, he would redirect me somewhere that did. Thank you so Juan!

This Vons has the most absolute horrible management. If I spend $5. at 7/11 or Arco, I get a big "Thank You" AND a smile. Spend a 100.PLUS dollars at this VONS consistently and you don't even get a THANK YOU and forget about a smile, it's non-existent too! The brown haired manager lady and check-out staff are without a doubt the worst. 'Customer Service' is not in their vocabulary - Hey folks, walk thru TRADER JOES on Mills for FIVE MINUTES, they do everything you don't do (and they seem happy and pleasant, not depressing) - it's not complicated folks, and it COSTS ZERO! VONS needs to clean house in this store.

The store was clean and fully stocked. No line to get in. Jose was very helpful in the meat dept. Jonathon sold us salmon, and told us how to cook stuffed scallops. Maria the cashier was also friendly and helpful and Christopher bagged our food with a smile.

I live near by, and go here so often I can say I'm a regular.
Today when I was doing laundry the coin machine stopped working so I came here for some cash back and for the help of my "friendly neighborhood vons."
But apparently they cannot accommodate 1 roll of quarters
Mind you it's Sunday and banks are closed

I love this store! Granted I have been coming here for years, but for a good reason. Everyone that works here really cares about this branch. Staff is friendly and helpful. I can usually find everything I need and get in and out pretty quickly. I know things are tough, still everyone is rising to the the occasion. I just hope that all customers respect the health of all the employees and other customers so we can continue coming to our local store. Thanks to all Vons workers and other essential partners. 🤙👍

I've been a customer for over 20 years. This store is in a great location and it's convenient, it's on my way home and I love getting rewards. However! I don't know what happened to customer service and I'm guessing training in bagging is not happening anymore and it's not just this one store. Not happy that I almost lost my pies. I had to spend ten minutes in the parking lot to rebag my groceries.

11/28/23 can always find interesting premade dishes in the deli dept. Love their desserts but the dairy. About the only place I can find the cat litter my cats like

They are pretty much the same, very clean. Today is the first time I've seen it crowded, obviously because of Thanksgiving.
I've never seen such a clean grocery store as this one. The floors were so clean they were super bright. Hardly any one there must be an off time for this particular store. But a lot better than the one on Main St downtown.

The employees here are awesome. I haven't had a problem with customer service. The produce section is limited compared to other stores, not always the most fresh. And, there is no meat / seafood counter in it this store. But what they do have available pre-packaged has always been good quality

Clean and reliably stocked Vons location, only reason for decreased stars is I have never shopped at this location and easily found a cart with wheels that were acceptable. Normally I have to choose 5--7 different carts before I find one that is without 1 or more broken/damaged wheels. This is a regular issue with most Von's and not exclusive to this location. I regularly shop this vons and procure the vast majority of my groceries from this location.

I've been going to this Vons since I was a little girl. So some 30+ years. Employees are always friendly. Place is always tidy and clean. Shelves are always stocked.
