Used to love this place until I asked if they had any paninis - they didn't. I asked if the other location had any - I was told no. So, as usual, I went to the other location to check, found that they did, and bought one to bring to them to press (as I'd done many times before). I was told "Oh no, that's not what we meant. We can't press paninis from the other location anymore. It's a health/safety violation!"
?!?!?!?
1. Why didn't you actually say that instead of telling me the other location didn't have any?!? Those are two VERY different things.
2. When did this change and why isn't there a sign?!?
So I just wasted $7 on a cold sandwich. Just going to hoof it to the C4C for some hot food.
Save your money and go somewhere else. I know I will be since they can't hire people with good communication skills.
Been here a couple times and the people are kind and helpful. Asked for some recommendations and they were willing to hand some out. Left happy with a good Italian soda.

This place is more of a scam than North, but they're both scams. There is a coffee shop across the street with better coffee for half the price.
