Couldn’t even order. They have restrooms that they lock up and won’t open even if you order food.
So, they may have good food.

When staying at the Hilton this was the best food we had access to the entire trip. We were so pleased we made sure to come back for more and preferred to eat here. The chicken is so perfectly seasoned the ribs are ridiculously delicious and the prices are beyond affordable! 10/10 recommend. Might fly back to PR just to eat here.
Best deal in Ponce! Just down the street from the Ponce Hilton and Costa Caribe Resort. I got the Super Combo and it had half a chicken! Sausage and pork ribs with rice and fries, for $9!!! If the dang hurricane didn't force me to fly home early, I would have come back a few more times!

My wife and I were visiting Ponce Hilton Resort. we passed this place every time we came to and from the resort. the curiosity got the best of us and we tried it, it was absolutely delicious. The staff definitely tested us right. we look forward to eating here again, unfortunately it will probably have to be at the one in Kissimmee. But if I make it back to Puerto Rico, I'm definitely eating here... Thanks so much...

If you are looking for local, tasty food, large portions and no frills, this is your spot. BBQ meats are delicious and portions are very large. One of my favorite places in Ponce.

We just happened upon this place while visiting Ponce and a saw a line of folks waiting for food - so figured while in "Rome" eat where the locals eat. Excellent food (grilled rotisserie chicken with rice, beans and plantains). It was really delicious, moist chicken and good portions. The prices were very reasonable. In fact, it was so good on our way out of Ponce we stopped there again. If you speak a little bit of Spanish it will definitely help. Otherwise use pictures of the menu, on the internet, and point to what you want. And yes, they take CC.
