I recently had the pleasure of tasting a delicious cake made by Athina that not only delighted my taste buds but also came with instructions on how to cut it. This cake was a true masterpiece, both in flavor and presentation for my daughter’s birthday. The instructions provided were incredibly helpful, ensuring that everyone gets perfectly portioned slice beautifully presented. The cake was exactly as I expected. Beautiful, well made with satisfying taste. Cake came with instructions of best way to cut the cake based on how it was constructed. That to me shows a baker who understands her work. The baker Athina was wonderful and very friendly. 110% recommend her work. Very professional.
