Both United clubs in Concourse A and B are comfortable and offer great food since the remodel. Service and cleanliness, however, are so much better in the concourse B club. In A, you will be greeted by individuals with stern faces and arms folded. One wouldn't or couldn't answer questions. Bartenders were friendly, and people collecting dirty dishes somewhere in the middle. The tables are also not washed in concourse A. Food is tasty and varied at both, but the "hot" food doesn't stay hot. But again, these clubs are a much needed upgrade from the prior clubs.

FIVE STARS ON SERVING STAFF, FOOD, AND CLEANLINESS. I received a free pass to use the lounge for a 5 hour layover. It was very early morning and they served a breakfast buffet, which I thought was good. They also had juice and coffee. The place looked new and was clean.
As the morning drifted on the place became busier and noticeably filled with more and more children. I was trying to get some rest and even with noice cancelling headphones on I was chased out of every quiet place I could find by out of control kids. I was starting to wonder if I was at Disneyland. I did see several people trying to rest and woken up by management. I eventually left after a couple hours, because the place was too noisy.
UNITED!!! You need to have an ADULTS ONLY QUIET ZONE for people trying to work or rest. Sleep pods would be ideal. I don’t think I would ever pay to go to this lounge. You can have a better experience in the terminal.

First time visiting this club and was pleasantly surprised. I was able to find a seat immediately and no wait to get in. It may have been a slow day, but Google is reporting it as busier than usual.
The seats our comfortable with ample power and the overall club is very quite. A nice escape from the terminal.
The food was fantastic, actually some of the better food that I have had in a lounge and definitely better than my normal non-United lounge on C concourse. There is a great variety, will be curious to see if they change it regularly.
The staff was very friendly and shared their expertise on drinks with a smile.

Really nice since the remodel! Very clean with lots of comfy seating areas. Bar is great and the buffet, while more limited than I expected when I visited, was fresh and tasty.
Overall a great place to kill some time.

The new a concourse united lounge is finally open. It is beautiful. It has a better selection of food than the old the concourse had. The service is great.
It’s two stories high and the second floor when we visited was almost empty. Such a luxury. The old lounge was usually pretty crowded, and it was sometimes difficult to even find a seat.
The bathrooms are new and very nice. And there are electrical outlets for charging your stuff everywhere.

Really nice chill vibe here. Lots of food options. They have vegetarian options too. The coffee is great, juice and alcoholic drinks so lots to choose from. Great relaxing chairs on the other side of the buffet to plain watch. Love the lounge left feeling chill. I highly recommend!!

The brand new United Club East is finally open. After years of the overcrowded United Club West this 2 story space is a treat. Very spacious - no circling around to find a seat. Great breakfast offerings. A very peaceful respite from the hub bub of the airport.
Returning mid day the club was very busy. Seats can still be found but much more crowded than for my morning flight.

My favorite United Airlines Club in the USA! Fantastic food, plenty of seating, lots of space, very clean, and a great place to rest on a layover. Highly recommend!

Been a United Club Member for years. The food has gotten better. I highly recommend you come check it out the next time you are in DEN. It’s also gotten busier!
The East Club is now open. Very nice two story lounge. Plenty of room. Great food/atmosphere.

Very nice atmosphere, it's new so it's clean. Multi-level seating with food & beverage options on both. Lots of seating for families or singles. If you have a pass, it's a good visit
