I had NEVER heard of this cuisine before. Food was delicious, everything was good. The workers were so nice. Great first experience. The skewers plate we ordered had a fusion feel to it like Indian & Thai. So good!! Plenty of parking. Uncle Fung provides a casual dining experience inspired by a street vendor. The Cornish Game Hen was very tender and flavorful. Their Char Sui was also very tasty in the stir fried noodle dishes. Two entrees came up to around $30 and the portion size was perfect for a quick bite for lunch.
