Always great and quick service. Orders so far has been accurately made every time and in a timely manner even when busy hours start. The crew working has always been helpful and willing to make modifications to any smoothie you order. Just all around great atmosphere, the music choice is always something that can be view as neutral nothing crazy. There is seating inside, the area is kept clean and bathrooms are well maintained. Ordered online this morning, set the time for pick up for 8:50a. Arrived at the store at 8:49a, walked inside and was greeted with the driest hello. The associate just continued to complete what she was already working on which was washing items. I checked the pick-up box I did not see my order, so I continued to wait. The associate begins working on my order. Halfway through the order, the associate turned around to say, "we don't have blueberries for your bowl". No offer of a substitution or anything (I also paid for extra fruit), no apology nothing. As she completed my order she just tossed it in the pick up cube and said "your order is there". No have a nice day, no sorry we didn't have your order ready again nothing. There definitely need to be training on customer service!! I visited this store yesterday, and wow. The customer service is absolutely horrible. I walked in and the worker looked me dead in the eyes and said nothing at all and continued to do what she was doing. A simple “hello, I’ll be right with you” would’ve been nice. I could tell by her body language and facial expression that she had a bad attitude. I turned around and walked right back out. This isn’t the first time it’s happened, but this will be my very last visit. Not only that, they’re always out of ingredients. Please get new management, new staff that is friendly, and try again, cause this isn’t it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Customer service is terrible. I was unaware of where to pick my order up from. The young lady I believe her name is Deezy was very rude. Looked at me like I was stupid and pointed to the pickup section like I was annoying her. She was also having a conversation about someone with another employee instead of greeting customers and being present. Like most of the reviews are saying I’ll go to another location. Went for the first time today and waited 15 minutes in line before anyone acknowledged the line of people waiting. Two people left the store while waiting, when finally helped it took 30 minutes to get 2 smoothies. The store did appear under staffed and overwhelmed by the app orders arriving. The smoothie was in the end delicious, management needs to possibly address staffing. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

UNSANITARY & Very low quality customer service. I'm writing this review to make others aware, to stay away. This review is not for management, as it's clear they should be more than awaren of the quality of their store, because there are many bad reviews. I've been to this location multiple times, but today was my LAST. As most reviews have stated, the attitudes are bad. TBH it's one girl in particular. It's almost like this job is her probation, because it's obvious she hates her job. But where I draw the line is on sanitation. The cashier ( young male with two ponytails) literally rang me up while wiping his mouth and nose with a napkin. He took my cash, and gave me my change with his bare hands. Those SAME bare hands went to prepare my drink. He did NOT wash his hands, even though there was a sink directly behind him. Nor did he put on gloves! I'm done with this place. I'll make my own smoothie at home, before I return here. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
Didn't get a chance to order, came in from out of state and unfamiliar with their hours and I stepped to place an order and asked first what if they are open tomorrow and the cashier girl was so rude, barely let me finish my question and answered "we are open 24 hrs " like duh you don't know that, then shut me up again by pointing to the door telling me their hours are at the door. Ok thank you and I walked out - she lost a couple sales from me with her attitude.

The place is on its last leg, truthfully I’m not sure how it’s lasted as long as it has. Gave them one last chance today, with only one employee working it took 30 minutes to get two smoothies. They didn’t have any large cups so all smoothies were split in to two small cups. Signs all over the register listing other items they were out of. The woman who helped me today was very nice! We had a lovely conversation and my smoothie was perfect. I appreciate her taking the time to talk to me:) my day is a little brighter because of our nice morning conversation. I cannot express the depth of my disappointment with Tropical Smoothie Cafe. It was a fiasco that transcended mere inconvenience and dipped its toes into the abyss of complete customer service failure. I placed an order through DoorDash with hopes of indulging in a delectable buffalo chicken wrap and quenching my thirst with a refreshing kiwi quencher. Alas, my anticipation was short-lived as the delivery driver arrived without my precious smoothie. Disappointed but understanding that mistakes happen, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and made a courteous call to the store to report the omission. But what happened next left me seething with frustration. The employee on the other end of the line had the audacity to brush off my issue, telling me to contact DoorDash instead. To add insult to injury, the Dasher, who was still present, showed me that there wasn't anything else included in my order. I felt like I was caught in a frustrating and bizarre game of "pass the blame." Undeterred by this baffling response, I called the store once more to explain the situation and request assistance. To my shock and dismay, I was met with rudeness, condescension, and a complete lack of empathy. I even offered to drive a grueling 20 minutes to the store myself to pick up a replacement smoothie. I don't think I've ever been more insulted in my life. Before I could protest or make sense of this unreasonable demand, I was unceremoniously hung up on. The audacity was beyond belief. With no other recourse, I summoned all my patience and called the store for the third time, hoping to escalate the issue by speaking to a manager. However, fate must have been playing a cruel trick on me, as it was the same young lady I had dealt with in the previous calls who answered. This felt like a mockery of customer service. The same person who had been dismissive, unhelpful, and discourteous was now the de facto "manager" I was supposed to plead my case to. This was the pinnacle of incompetence and a stark reminder of how little they cared about my plight. This experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The utter disregard for my time, the indifference towards my concerns, and the downright offensive suggestion that I should embark on a wild goose chase for a missing smoothie were beyond the pale. I am appalled by the complete lack of professionalism and basic decency displayed by this establishment. In all my years as a customer, I have never encountered a more abysmal level of service. In conclusion, I strongly advise against ever subjecting yourself to this venue's incompetence, arrogance, and utter disrespect for their customers. This is a prime example of how not to treat people who place their trust in your service. My buffalo chicken wrap was cold and tasteless, my kiwi quencher nothing but a mirage, and my faith in Tropical Smoothie's ability to provide quality service has been utterly shattered.
