Definitely ranks in the top 3 spots for ramen in Minneapolis, we really enjoyed the DraMN. The DraMN is like a chicken based version of tonkotsu ramen (pork). The chicken bone broth is so rich flavor, and the leek is a nice addition as a topping. For an appetizer, we really liked the friend kimchi, so delicious! Great flavor with a few gripes. I got the Bali Bali. Everything tastes great flavor wise, perfectly cooked soft egg, but there was maybe a single tablespoon of the chicken and the food was ice cold. I did get it to go, but my drive was only 3 min. It was also served in bare recycled paper bowl, no coating even so it kinda felt like eating cold soup off a thick paper towel, which disintegrated during the meal. The servers were very sweet. Although I got the impression the service may be on the slower side given it took about 35-40min for my order of a single dish with only 1 couple in the restaurant (who knows if they’re mostly doing take out but it was only 5pm). Seems like a fun place for a date, but with the small portions and high price tag maybe not a regular joint, at least for me. The hungry & price conscious might come away underwhelmed but for those in search of well executed flavors it’s definitely worth a trip. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

FYI: Parking in the lot around the restaurant was plentiful but there were no visible lines for spots. We dined in for lunch. There was no wait to be seated. To order you have to scan the QR code they have at the table. I had wanted to try this place out after reading some nice reviews about the food, but to be honest, I had mixed feelings about my experience. Approaching and entering the restaurant, I will be honest, I was a little concerned as the building and seating was quite run down. The waitress was nice and told us how to order via the given link but was a bit absent after that initial conversation. We ended up ordering the Yukayaki (vegan version), Honey Gochu Chicken wings, Salted duck ramen and "Show you" ramen. I was excited to try the Yukayaki based on the description and it wasn't bad. The sauce that came with it (a mango and sweet soy sauce mixture) was a little sour for my taste, but the Yukayaki itself was nice and hot and reminded me of what takoyaki would taste like (minus the octopus and something more similar to a potato texture). We ordered the Honey Gochu Chicken wings because it sounded interesting and hear good things about it, but it was a little disappointing. They were slightly crispy but all the sauce made it a little soggy. Flavor-wise, I feel it was definitely missing something. The gochujang and honey were coming through on the outside, but the chicken itself tasted very plain even with all that sauce... which was confusing to me. As for the ramens we ordered, the broths both tasted good, but were a little oily for my taste. The salted duck had a slightly sweet, yet savory broth and the "show you" was salty and savory. I will say I did enjoy the additional ingredients included in the salted duck ramen, particularly the veggies. I think they paired really well with the broth, duck, and the noodles. The noodles were also nice and chewy and surprisingly didn't get super soggy even after I ate some hours later ( I couldn't finish it and took the rest home). We were disappointed to discover they no longer served alcohol or beer and wine. The server thought maybe it would be back after summer. It didn’t seem very clean in the restaurant and there were several flies buzzing around. I love having a restaurant within walking distance from my house so I hope things improve and they can stay open. The food was very good as always so I will be back for sure! Can’t beat the fried kimchi! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Fried Kimchi CBV GF
I’ve gotten something different each time i’ve been here and it’s all been amazing. My absolute favorite thing on their menu is the fried kimchi! The restaurant is so cozy and cute. Food was great. Every full service restaurant using an app for menu selection and payment will get a down vote from me. Personal interaction and conversation is part of the experience. And I don't want to download a different app for every place I eat.

A delicious ramen joint with broth to die for! Their ramen broth is so rich and creamy with loads of umami. The duck ramen and korean wings were incredible. Great atmosphere with very friendly and attentive staff. Lots of dishes are available vegetarian or gluten free. Ordering is all online, you open a tab for your table, making it super easy to customize dishes. Definitely coming back. They had a lot of options for different diet types. The broth we got was chicken. The noodles were a bit thick and tasty. The chicken meat was super tender. Serving size was large, as normal be with ramen. My husband and I split a bowl and the be accommodated us. They had great decor, good music, friendly staff. Food was tasty. Really happy we came here. First of all, this is one of those places with no physical menu, and instead you scan a QR code with your phone. We ordered the gochu chicken, which came out only partially warm with the rest being ice cold, as if it just came from the microwave. The salmon wontons were overly fishy and obviously not fresh. Unfortunately the atmosphere is more than lackluster with the benches being heabily tattered, lights being burned out, the entrance door being broken, and one of the bathrooms having the cold water supply turned of in order to stop a dripleak in the faucet instead of just replacing the cartridge, the insanely hot water was a not a pleasant surprise. I was recommended this place by a couple friends and it just didn't live up to expectations, but I wouldn't have been so critical if the pricing wasn't similar or higher to places of much higher quality of food and atmosphere. Unfortunately this is one I won't be coming back to. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
