Came by for a night cap with a friend while home. This was a decent place with affordable prices and decent bar food (fries were really good). Good for a casual evening. Here are my thoughts:
Environment
Located at the top of the Courtyard, it's a small bar with some inside seating and plenty of rooftop seating. Nothing spectacular as far as ambiance - it's a pretty casual space. There is a pretty good view of the city as well.
Service
The bartender was great and charismatic and made sure we had all we needed even when the food was taking longer than expected. She was warm and welcoming and it felt like home when talking with her.
Food and Drinks
We ordered a few drinks, some wings and fries. The wings were okay but the true stand out were the fries. They were really good - I highly recommend. The drinks were okay - really strong if thats what you need so thumbs up there.
Overall
Overall we had a pretty decent time here. There wasn't anything special to provide as far as ambiance so if you're expecting cool, modern, dim lit aesthetics then this isn't the mood but if you want a casual rooftop for strong drinks and decent food - again the fries, get them! I would go back and see what else they got to offer.

Awesome local for an event and just big enough for your private function. Good bartenders and access to a decent food menu. Covered area in case of rain with several TVs. View is great of city and downtown area. Parking on street or parking deck next door at hotel.

Expensive drinks but the only place I know of with a good view of the city. Cool spot. Was nearly empty on a Friday night. The door is tricky to find. It’s around the side oft the building and goes right to an elevator which takes you up to the bar.
This has to be the worst ran establishment in the chain! We had a private birthday party planned for a group of teachers, and the venue gave away our reserved space (the rooftop bar area) to a group of doctors from Atrium.
I was told (before they realized I wasn't a part of the Atrium group] that they put the Atrium party on the wrong date. It was scheduled for yesterday, and we got booted because they wanted to keep the "doctors" happy.
We got squeezed in a small conference room on the ground floor with no service or anyone to check on us. When the management realized I wasn't part of the Atrium group, they asked me to please not repeat that they made the mistake and booted our group. It would be "bad optics" for the hospital and the hotel...

Went here for the first time last week and wasn’t very impressed overall. The view is great, and surely looks like it could be a great party spot for pool parties and more during the weekends, but — the drinks are awfully expensive especially for how poorly made they are. The bartenders seemed to have no desire to be there or to serve us at all. Would much rather go to another rooftop bar for better service, regardless of the view.
Not a very busy night and the service was rushed. Bartender was rude and didn't even know the few beers on draft. Probably won't be visiting again.

The bar was clean and swanky and had a great view of downtown! The bartender Shelly made our night out very special - made us special drinks perfect for our occasion!
Great time on the rooftop, the bistro burger and wings were very good. Their tequila sunrise and margaritas were amazing. Staff were very kind and we plan to return very soon. Thanks you for a great time out of the house. If you are looking for a place that is not too crowded but still full of good food, drinks, along with fresh air and a view of the city, top of 4th is where you should come on the weekend.
