The idea behind this restaurant is brilliant: the all-you-can-eat sushi concept is incredible. You have 2H30 to eat, and every 10 minutes you can order (you can choose up to 5 types of sushi per service (1 or 2 sushi per type chosen)). Knowing that you can go up to 5 services per person every 10 minutes, it's hard to go all the way... All the sushi, makis, temakis, etc. are very fresh and tasty. The hot dishes, salads and soups are good too! For sushi lovers, it's heaven! The quality/quantity/price ratio is simply outstanding! I highly recommend it! Warning: remember to book well in advance! The order system is really cool and quite good for introverts. But the service was really bad. I asked around 3 times for the side dish I ordered and even after an hour I didn’t get it. So I left.. unhappy. And the price was 😵‍💫. 22€ for 5 dishes. I’m telling you.. the dishes were literally appetizers. The dish on the photo was one of the biggest I got. And it wasn’t even a handful. Also paying extra for drinks - normal drinks. The sushi wasn’t good. The pieces were small and dry. Only good dishes were the salad and the poke bowl I had. We had the lunch for 21€. It was amazing 😋👌. We had a great choice of different dishes. Everything was very yummy 🍜🍣🍤🥗. After the 3rd order we were so full that we could 't order any more. If you're in Maastricht and you're looking for a amazing food experience this is the right place.

I believe it's necessary for the restaurant to consider a change in a manager due to the unacceptable treatment of customers. A recent incident occurred where a glass was accidentally dropped, resulting in shattered glass. Instead of addressing us directly, the manager insisted that we clean it ourselves. Fortunately, a helpful waiter assisted us. However, the manager, despite being nearby, approached the waiter to instruct him to tell us we had to pay for the broken glass. This behaviour is disrespectful, and I suggest that direct communication with customers would be more appropriate especially since you are already standing besides us. Despite the generally pleasant food, it's really unfortunate to see such rudeness. Food: 5 Atmosphere: 2

We were in the mood of sushi but we had no reservations so we had to seat outside in the terrace (weekend better make reservation) We had the all you can eat menu, the staff was not so clear to explain the way to order per person/ per round, bit confusing actually but all fixed later, also not so friendly with clients maybe because they were so busy all the time, the price/quality is ok for what you get (buffet sushi quality) everything was fresh and just made so thats the most important, so if you’re looking for an all you can eat sushi in Maasstrich, you can try this one but dont make high expectations and dont be tacky! I love this restaurant. There is a variety of cold dishes. I'm here every week (lol), and I always order 'all you can eat' for dinner, as the range of options is wider, and there isn't much difference in the amount charged. Food was generally good, some of it was quite bland. The shrimp, chicken, and beef dishes were all incredible! So were most of the fried dishes and most of the sushi. However, the soups were very watery and didn't taste of much. Our favorites were the shrimp tempura, teriyaki (beef and chicken), chili shrimp, and grilled eel sushi. Price was okay, but drinks are extra and VERY expensive. Ended up with 160 for 4 people, but definitely worth it for the amount of food we ate. To clarify: You get 5 dishes per person per round, unlimited rounds, over 2 1/2 hours. There is a "cooldown" of 10 minutes between rounds, but this basically means that you can order unlimited food! However, as with most buffets, you are charged extra for leftovers (to combat food waste). As a side note, the staff seemed kind of miserable - though as a HORECA worker I don't really blame them. Loved dining here quick in delivery and service with a smile, the music was entertaining and better then in most restaurants. I recommend making a reservation before you go as the restaurant fills up very fast.
