Hosted my sister’s baby shower here and it was absolutely perfect! The venue is beautiful, food is excellent, and staff are so wonderful. Barbara was incredibly helpful in planning food/drinks and making arrangements as I was organizing from out of town. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

So glad Theodore's moved into the old Silo location, because Reynolda Village really needed a good sandwich spot! The sandwiches at Theodore's are made fresh and are delicious! A friend and I split the Dairyman, which is brie and pear, and the Caprese--basically fresh tomato and mozzarella. Both were super yummy and came out on nice, toasted sourdough. Chips come with the sandwich, or for a little more you can get one of their other sides, like the pasta salad or tomato soup. They brought me the tomato soup instead of the chips, but when I asked they quickly rectified it and also left me the soup, which was surprisingly thick and tasty.
You order at the bar and bring your number to a table, so your food will be delivered when it's ready. If in a group, I recommend putting all the sandwiches on the same order so they get delivered at the same time. We ordered during a busy Sunday and it seemed like they had forgotten about us, because it took nearly an hour for our sandwiches to show up (seems like a very long time for sandwiches). So I highly recommend ordering your sandwiches, and then finding a table, especially if there during a busy period. Inside seating is limited, but you can get sandwiches to go and sit outside when the weather is nice enough!

The Caprese
Tried this place twice, ordered the ultimate grilled cheese on both occasions, both times it was cold in the middle, the cheese was not melted, and it was very clearly nasty Kraft singles. I’d expect something more artisanal and high-quality for the price point ($11.00). Will not be going back a third time.

My partner and I were here for lunch. The menu is not what is posted online. Online they have a 5 cheese grilled sandwich. In reality it is only 3 cheeses for about the same price. It's ok but nothing more. I had my mind set on getting that 5 cheese grill and a cup of soup. We were there at 2 in the afternoon and they were out of soup. The place had only been open for a few hours and was out of soup. I am so sorry that we didn't get the clue and just leave then. My partner ordered the vegetarian sandwich. With all the ingredients listed for it we expected a thick sandwich. Unfortunately the fillings were less than one of the thin slices of bread. All you could taste was onion. It was like an overpowering onion sandwich. It was absolutely awful. Service was nonexistent. The place simply does not deliver what it promises. I can't imagine why we would give it a second chance.

Way overpriced for their drinks. I ordered a $16 drink and it was half full. Finished it in 4 sips. Complete rip off. The lady behind the bar wasn’t the friendliest either.

I was so excited to try this place. We got turned away for service after waiting 20 minutes in line and the people in front of me got served! Then the manager/bartender also was too busy to serve us. They were very busy …but their response to our frustrations? Nothing but defensive and rude.
Three strikes and you’re out! The owner is disengaged and doesn’t seem to care about anything but her personal couture. When the kitchen is in disarray, she doesn’t roll up her sleeves and dig in. Every single visit, the wait for our online order was severely delayed, and up to one hour. When the food was ready, 3 out of 4 entrees were wrong. Sandwiches missing the protein, eggs were cold and the wrong salad presented. This place should NOT even be in business any longer. Don’t be fooled by the shabby-chic interior design. Shameful food and service. Truly BIZZARO-WORLD.

Great atmosphere, was apprehensive at first due to the review, but I ordered a caprese sandwich and it was great! Only thing I guess I could say would be that the bread was small and uneven on the sandwich so it was a bit difficult to eat but otherwise, super cute place. I would host a small function here like a bridal or baby shower if I had it coming up.

Gross! I ordered Caesar salads but received only the core of the lettuce and salad dressing. Their pita chips and hummus were potato chips and hummus. There was no ice for the lemonade. Also, there was a bug in my salad.
My sandwich and the service was pretty good, but that's about where the good ends. Most of the people in my group were unimpressed with the food, and the ranch dressing was more like a dip than a dressing and it was the worst tasting ranch I've ever had.
But that's not why I really wanted to leave a review. The only reason I came to leave a review was because I was absolutely floored that they were letting a girl sit at the bar vaping the whole time during brunch on a Sunday.
I would've given a 1 star because I think this type of behavior is completely unacceptable, but my sandwich did taste good and the girl that took our food order was super friendly and good at her job.
