About
Both Museum Jan van der Togt and The WineKitchen are recommended for visiting. You can order perfectly cooked sea bass, oysters and op la. Make a change from your habitual meal and order good fruitcake at this bar. The wine list is extensive, it can satisfy the needs of all guests. It's nice to taste great coffee. The attentive staff meets you at The WineKitchen all year round. Fine service is something that visitors note in their comments. Many people have noticed that the dishes are offered for democratic prices. You will appreciate the spectacular decor and pretty ambiance of this place. Google users awarded this spot 4.5.

Food was average in flavour. Really expected it to be outstanding but was left wanting more. Also, portion size was a bit too small for me (I am an average size woman), and after 4 courses, I felt I could still eat more. My favourite dish from the 4 courses was the seafood paella. The service was good but extremely slow. In my opinion, we waited far too long between courses. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €70–80 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Top restaurant in Amstelveen. The food is tasty, fresh and perfectly plated. We had dinner here, and we were pleasantly surprised by the place, also the excellent service staff. Highly attentive and friendly with great wine pairing recommendations. The interior of the restaurant is also well-designed. I will come back here for sure.
This place is just special. Not a massive diversity on the menu, but be sure that everything you order, it is going to be superb. Have tried much of the dishes here, and I can say that the Piripiri (Jumbo) Prawn Ravioli takes the crown as best of the best. High mentions to the fresh oysters, and lobster, as per pics below. Wine list also great
Amazing experience. The restaurant itself is situated in a lovely area of town, the service is professional and there was a great atmosphere. Every dish was superb, the flavours all perfectly mixed. This restaurant really knows how to do fish, from taste to texture to presentation. Highly recommendable.

Nice place to get seafood. We had the 4 course meal and some oysters. The food was fresh and tasty. Are not afraid to experiment with flavours. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €100+ Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
One of the best fish restaurant I visited in the Netherlands. Location is charming and cozy, with an ample terrace. Service and owners are really friendly and efficient. Every dish is special, you can find all the classics but revisited with a modern/international swing. Dishes were all perfectly cooked, timed and we'll presented! Selection of wines is also great. Can't say anything bad really, just expect an amazing slow meal and enjoy!
We have found this amazing restaurant by chance. And we liked it so much that we had dinner there two times. It's in Amstelveen, off the beaten path, not a touristic destination (which is always a better choice 😉). This is a cute, cozy and warm place, perfect for the fish and seafood lovers, a great choice for vegetarians as well. Fresh crabs, a really nice variety of oysters or traditional Dutch herrings prepared in their way (marinated with beetroot foam, absolutely must try) - everything was delicious. The staff is professional, they will assist you to make perfect food and wine pairing. The only flaw is that there is no Dutch wine - although the Netherlands is more famous for beer, I guess there's something to offer. However, we had an amazing gastronomic experience and we hope to come again sometimes.
Muy buen restaurante especializado en pescado. El servicio muy amable y atento, y la comida muy buen cocinada con sabores muy buenos. Un poco caro, pero acorde con el lugar y la calidad. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Good & friendly service upon a much too early entrance. Food is fantastic for a sea food lover. There is a meat option though. The restaurant itself has a very pleasant ambience, in spite of the open kitchen. The wines suggested accompanied the sea food very well. The daily menu can be altered to ones tastes. Have to come back to try the oysters.
