Dinner for 2 was $40 drinking just water. The pork chimichanga was ok, but warmer than I'd prefer. The main issue was lack of pork. Should have had about twice as much. The New York style chicken carbonara was quite good. Seamed a little under staffed, but the after order wait was pretty short. Reservation recommended. I'd go again, but not for the chimi. The trout special was fantastic on this fine Friday night. The flavor was great. Prime rib was another dish at the table, 16 oz portion, good as well. Chad the manager was quite on the ball and handled the rush of clients without reservations quite well. Will definitely recommend this to friends and return. Great job.

Great day of hiking in Mesa Verde topped off with an excellent prime rib and a summer salad. We split everything and it was plenty of food for both of us. Service was perfect and Katie was our waitperson. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

If you can’t get into cuckoos then go here! This place is a little big of a nicer version of a great chicken place around the corner, you can get great chicken (which is what I would recommend, also the potato skins are good if you get a good batch) watch some TV and it’s fast! There is usually not a waiting problem especially if you make reservations. Although the prices are higher we have had great service and great food! We were visiting and stumbled upon this place... how lucky was I! The food was fresh, the servers were amazing and the overall experience was so good that we will be coming back. There are a lot of dishes we want to try and with the ambiance and good drinks, can't go wrong. Give this place a visit if you are around. Good job.

We didn’t have a reservation and The Roost was very busy but Abby, the manager, sat us at the bar and made our dinner experience wonderful! They also made room for a party of 14 last minute. Go eat here the food was amazing! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
