I came here for lunch with my coworkers. We always try to arrive by 11:45 to beat the lunchtime rush/crowd. It was just starting to get busy but we ordered quickly and found a table for our group. Service was fast and friendly, the restaurant itself was pretty standard, clean, good condiments/drinks options. I ordered the 8" spicy cilantro chicken pizza. Everyone else mostly got wraps or sandwiches. Our food came out pretty quick- less than 10min. We all enjoyed our dishes, I saved half of my pizza for leftovers. Lots of flavor and ingredients packed onto each slice. Solid spot for a quick lunch with lots of standard salad/sandwich/pizza offerings. It's tucked away in the thruway shopping center, so maybe a little difficult to find/park especially if you don't know where you're looking to go specifically. All in all, I would go back! I think this place is really good as a casual cafeteria eatery. The prices are reasonable and you get a lot of food for the money! The chicken tenders were excellent and my friends swear you have to dip them in the milkshakes. The French fries are steak cut and were lukewarm and kind of soggy. I came here on a Monday around 11:15am with a party of 2. You order before you sit down and it took me some time to figure out what I wanted. I could see a backup happening if it is crowded and people don't know what they want to order. Once we ordered, they gave us a beeper for when our items were ready. We ordered fountain drinks and I appreciated the variety of choices. The entire place was very clean. We found a booth and did not wait long for our food to be ready. My husband ordered the chicken Caesar wrap and the tomato bisque soup. The soup was very good and he said the wrap was good, but that it is also hard to mess up a simple wrap like that. I ordered the pinsas 7" x 8" with bacon, chicken, and grilled onions. I felt that it was a bit dry and could use some more sauce. You pay 99 cents for each topping you choose and I thought they barely put any bacon on mine. I thought the grilled onions were going to be a sweet onion and not a red onion. If I were to return, I would choose something different next time as there were other items on the menu that interested me. We got the chicken sandwich, pizza, and milkshake. The chicken breast was fairly small but had good flavor. The chips were fine. The pizza had a sweet taste very good. Was a bit pricey for the quantity of food you get. We got the Oreo shake and it was amazing! The only downside was the 25 minutes it took it to get the milkshake by it self. I love The Loop restaurant! This is the only place I go for a salad! Their customer service is great, too. The staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful. They always greet me with a smile and make sure I have everything I need. The restaurant is very clean and has a nice ambiance. It’s a really nice restaurant to go as a family also.The price is reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. I think it’s a great value for money. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes salads, pizza, burgers, or anything else on their menu. It’s one of my favorite places to eat. It feels like a nice diner restaurant. It is self seated and has a counter to order, but the staff was still very friendly. There was a man working really hard to make sure everything was clean. Our family absolutely loves The Loop. It is clean, welcoming staff, and good food. Our favorite thing is the variety of food. Our young boys all like different things and they all tear up their food when we eat here. Just a good place to eat!
