Crispy but really greasy and the chicken was stringy. The breading had no flavor and dropped of grease. Disappointed on many levels. We heard great things so maybe we just got a wonky batch. Service Dine in Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

LOVE the chicken! Everything was perfect except the lady at the bar. I understand she was busy with in & out orders, but a 45-minute wait just to get a check is ridiculous. She could take a couple of minutes to chat with other customers but not come to our table and take the payment. The chicken is outstanding. However . . . We also ordered fried mushrooms. This is where the problem resides. An order of fried mushrooms is 9.00 for .54 lbs. ( I weighed it on my food scale). Nine dollars for a half pound is literally twice the price per pound (current market) of lobster. Here is a photo of order. It's underwhelming. Delicious, but too pricey for what you get.

It had been a few moons since I had The Keg's chicken. Still absofreakinlutely delicious! Usually not a big baked beans fan, but these have a unique sweet flavor that's addictive. Dinner rolls and butter are a hit, too. If you're looking for a good meal, either dine-in or to-go, head out to The Keg. You all need to adjust your hours. Only open four hours on a Thursday? I work splits at my job and would like to walk over there but when you open I have to clock back in. Your hours are ridiculous

I give it 1 star because the chicken is good. I'd give zero stars for the manager. We placed an online order, had to sit for half an hour because it wasn't ready, and the manager acted as if it was OUR fault. She was rude beyond belief and reeked of cigarettes. Not very appetizing at all! Then, after getting the food home, we're missing one of the items ordered. I don't know why she thought it was okay to treat a customer the way she did. Very poor management. Last time we will ever eat here if this his how people are treated, especially when we understood there was an online order issue and patiently waited. Very disappointing experience this time. Online ordering went down, had to wait 40 minutes for the order. Chicken was very greasy, item was missed and had to drive back. No customer service. Asked about getting extra sauces on an $80 order before tip and told they'd have to charge for them. When picking up missed item, no one said anything, no apology. Absolutely no effort made to ensure customer satisfaction and the manager smelled very heavily of cigarettes. Very disappointed as the first experience and food was spectacular. LOVE LOVE LOVE The Keg East!! The happily worked with us to accommodate 30 people for our sons rehearsal dinner. They moved tables, took our orders quickly and were very friendly! Food was great and everyone was very happy with the experience. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
