Had the vegan lemon cupcakes with strawberry frosting and they were the best cupcakes I’ve ever had!! Delicious and moist! Will definitely be ordering again in the future!

Awesome gluten free baked goods. We ordered gluten free cupcakes for our wedding reception to help those guests with gluten sensitivities. Carol (The Healthful Baker) was super welcoming and helpful with our request. The cupcakes were so tasty (strawberry and chocolate). They were ready at our agreed to pick up date/time and everything was awesome. Bonus was we all ate them over the next couple of days as breakfast muffins and mid day snacks. They were all consumed within two days. So good. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

While planning a surprise birthday party I was fortunate to meet Carol. Who is an incredible baker, professional and delightful!
My Granddaughter, who has an acute peanut allergy, was in attendance. Fortunately, I over ordered the awesome Decadent Chocolate Cupcakes!
The best compliment of all? I had to hide the rest of the Cupcakes from the "Adults" so that my Granddaughter could enjoy them!

Well worth it! My boyfriend is diabetic and can't have sugar or carbs so I wanted to get him something special for his birthday. This place is so allergy friendly and healthy options! I'll definitely be getting another order again. Quick to respond, tasted great and kept a while.

I ordered a wedding cake from Carol and it was so perfect! Not only was it beautiful, it was also delicious and healthy. Carol was so responsive to my emails and timely with her delivery. The cake was well worth the price!

Thank you Carol for making my daughter’s 6th birthday a delicious one! The strawberry cupcakes and chocolate cupcakes were amazing, moist and full of flavor and especially you were able to provide a gluten free product. Thank you for making our day an enjoyable and stress free! Thank you for taking the time to make sure our order was right even though you were extremely busy and delivered it on a timely manner. I would definitely recommend you again to family and friends. It was such a pleasure doing business with a sweet, caring owner.

Carol and The Healthful Baker are the very best! I purchase the cupcakes regularly and my 3 year old gets SO excited to eat one every time!
I feel great about it because the ingredients are so clean and allergen free which is amazing and not easy to find! I really appreciate being able to have such healthy sweets for my family that aren’t filled with junk ingredients. Thank you Carol! :)

I ordered some blueberry lemon cupcakes for my sister’s bday as we are all gluten free- amazing!!! So nice to get gluten free baked goods that aren’t dense & tough. These were moist, light and delicious! Would definitely order again- new flavor each time.
