Visited this place on a Sunday afternoon with friends.. Loved the ambience and decore of the place. Food options are very limited during lunch.We ordered vegan dumplings as a starter and they were fabulous. The main course dishes were good too. A great location, with delicious food and tasty cocktails. Comfortable outside seating with good service. Assorted small dishes can be combined for dinner and shared. Many vegan options including Surinamese Bruine Bonen and my favorite filled Bara’s as pictured here. Coffee and Chai Latte are also very tasty! Very nice dishes and good prices as well. We had salmon tataki and ramen for €8.5 each, which is quite a bargain. The local is nicely decorated, although the voodoo/tribal style have little to do with the Asian food they are serving, but I’m nitpicking here. Overall, great experience and we would definitely come back when we visit Hoorn again.

Incredible. Every bite from every plate was delightful. Starting with the gyozas, a combination of crunch and godlike softness. Ramen with the best pork in town swimming in a delicious bed of noodles and veggies. And to finish it off, the most beautifully plated, decadent dessert. Came in on Saturday after lunch but well before dinner time, but managed to get served a heartwarming vegan peanut soup and fried tofu sandwich. Will be coming again (from Amsterdam) to try the dinner menu. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Fabulous flavorful Asian fusion menu (with a kick!) enhanced by a nice cocktail and wine menu (although I'd love to see a Painkiller on the list!), good service and a big terrace under the trees. We sail quite often to Hoorn and have come to this cute place nearly every time we come. This menu is the best iteration yet. As a Floridian who misses her tiki bars this one scratches that itch. Don't miss it! September 2023 update: still a great place. Excellent tropical cocktails, nice broad menu with creative dishes, big vegan selection, good service, warmed terrace and blankts for the cool autumn nights. Hello visiting this place it was the worsted experience of my day. Personnel putting forks on the table with out any tissue asking every 5 min if we go out totally disrespectful attitude and missing things from order.

Very modern and diverse menu, fusing different cuisines, with both regular and vegan options. Desserts are excellent too! Cosy outdoor terrace.

This restaurant has a great menu for vegans. Only the amount of vegan dishes levels it with restaurants I would visit in Amsterdam. Fortunately the food is also really good. It's very tasty, there's great variety, the prices are good and with the prices in mind the portions are big enough. They have a great system where it's easy to share different dishes with everyone. They currently have it set up with covid-19 in mind, so it's safe to have dinner here.

I do not tent to write reviews but today I went to bamboo room and it's been the best of the experiences!!! If you go, don't hesitate in ordering a good variety of plates (each one is perfect to share with one person) because they are all so so so great!!!!!! Thanks a lot!!!!!!!!!
