I called to order a few dishes for takeaway, the lady on the phone said it was busy an would take at least 45min. After I came home with the food we noticed that the portions where really small, with this i mean just 2 shrimps and 2 pieces of octopus. The rest was just a bit of veggies and a lot of water. The taste was also bad, it almost didn't have any flavor or spice in it. Besides this we even got food poisoning the same night. :( Definitely try to avoid this place. The food was delicious, no doubt. However the service was really bad. They serve food without utensils. It took a while before they gave it to us. There was no napkin paper available. When I requested, they only gave me 1, so I had to cut it into 2, so my husband could use.

Had a great dinner at Restaurant Thaiphoon. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. The staff were very friendly and the service was good.The menu had a lot of options. For the table we ordered the spring rolls, chicken curry, chicken with peppers and onions, and pad thai. Everything was delicious. Definitely would come back again. Friendly and considerate staff, decent food. Great location in the city centre which is probably why the price to value could be a bit higher. Real thai chef though!

It is a really good place. The waiters are really nice and friendly and the food there is tasty and not expansive for what it is. I easily recommend this restaurant.
