Day 1 customer (and undoubtedly beyond!). From the happy staff to the colorful interior, this little spot is a must. I opted for the spicy chicken and have no regrets. It had good heat mixed with plenty of flavor. The veggies had a good crunch, as did the egg roll. I also tried to soba noodles, which were also plenty tasty! I look forward to trying the rest of the menu! Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Chicken Eggroll 1 Eggroll
Not a long wait for the first day. Chicken was tender and flavorful. The veggies didn't care for zucchini n hard cabbage. The broccoli was perfect. I will return to try the orange and the egg rolls... Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I know that this place just opened, but my recent takeout experience left much to be desired. It was a weekday night, around 7pm. I had already placed an order through the app, but the sight of the place being packed as I pulled in the parking lot was worrisome. That several employees were standing around doing nothing was my first indication of potential issues. To make matters worse, my takeout order was not ready until more than 20 minutes beyond the promised time. (There was another customer who said they waited over an hour.) The frustration of waiting was exacerbated by the apparent lack of efficiency among the staff. There were four employees in the back, seemingly making decent progress, but the three employess in the front had nothing to do. I am very wary of why the owner is paying this many staff. (This one employee was filling sauce containers using only one hand; their other hand, as far as I could tell, was fine. They just seemed lazy. Even when they knocked over a few containers spilling the contents, the employee was still very chill in using one hand to try to fix things. One container was covered in sauce, and they just halfheartedly scraped the container on the side of a tray and put the container in the bin to serve later.) When my name was finally called, they missed giving me one bowl. Good thing I checked before heading out the door. Despite these mishaps, the teriyaki itself was passable. While it wasn't exceptional, it managed to meet basic expectations for taste. The veggies were okay for what you can get in New England, but the inedible stem of the cabbage ended up in one of my bowls. In summary, my experience at this new joint was marked by inefficiency and tardiness. While the food was okay, the overall experience left room for improvement. The manager should definitely keep a closer eye on things. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
I’m giving three starts cause the chicken was phenomenal but the rice was mixed with hard and soft which means they mixed cooked rice with undercooked rice and the service sucks! I ordered online thirty minutes in advance cause I read reviews about the wait time. I get there and there’s about ten people waiting for food. I told them I ordered online the cashier said it’s gonna be a while so I said I ordered thirty minutes ago and he said ok a few minutes. The three employees in the kitchen were doing more talking than working, if they focus more on the orders they will get them out in time. I ran plenty of restaurants and I can run this way better than they are. Also they had no chicken breast; knowing this is a new restaurant you should have an overstock of chicken, being that you’re known for your teriyaki chicken. Also I ordered a large and got a medium bowl cause I compared the size and I just took it cause I waited long enough. Hopefully they get their act together so customers can get their money worth. They giving paying customers half way food. Quality control and quantity control is key to keeping your business afloat! My suggestion is get new employees and new management that cares cause these employees don’t care and acting like children talking over paying attention and working! Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
The food was good and the price is equivalent to a large McD combo meal. This seems healthier. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
So slow. Workers don’t even look like they want to be there. The girl who seemed like the manger was grilling with no gloves. First time here and never again. Been waiting for almost an hour. Update: my food was ready and they never announced it. Even though the girl said she did. I saw her put it in the pick up shelf not saying a word. Smh not worth the money or wait! The amount of food you get for the price is unmatched. It’s a way better alternative to fast food because it’s made there fresh. Rice vegetables and a cooked meat like chicken steak or even salmon + more. It can get backed up but I have no complaints about it due to it being made almost on the spot.

Today was the grand opening of this franchise location, so, of course, the place was jumping. The food was quite good, though my wife found her rice a little sticky. I suspect some extra sauce would help cure that (something to remember for next time). Not at all bad for Opening Day. I look forward to updating this review when the "dust" settles a bit. Food was great, first time in the resturant ever and no one told us that the orders took 30 to 45 minutes to come out. Plus the only dining table was taken up by the manager and her laptop. Even though I liked the food I'm not sure I'll return for a 30 to 45 minute wait. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
I'm from the west coast and it's hard to find good, affordable teriyaki on the east. After a few years in CT, I've finally found a good local spot. Yes it's true it does take a while but just order online in advance, it's not that hard.
