I’m a big fan of bubble tea. I love the Thai milk tea with bubbles. It tastes amazing. I keep going there very often. The store is clean and neat. It can easily accommodate 20 people. Service time is quick, you should get your order within 5min. I felt the bubbles added was very less for a large serving. Parking could be an issue. You will have to find a street parking, which could be challenging over the weekends. Staff is friendly.

Really love this small spot. Though they served food it felt more like a Asian cafe. Its very chill, nice window spot off one of the main streets in downtown Lowell. Really good customer service and love their music. Not meant for large groups or fancy dinner but good spot for 1-4 people just chilling which is really cool.
Had there Green App and Thai Coconut Smoothies (loved both), Takoyako (did not know it was octopus but soo want some more in the future), Onigiri (not a sushi guy but it was good and very aesthetic, although tricky to open and the dip has a kick 🔥) and the Chicken Kargarge was a very cool twist, for me, chicken nuggets loved the fact i got to eat them with miniature chopsticks.

Quick drive by spot for a refresher whether it’s a bubba drink or a smoothie. Again just for a drive by. There are tall tables to chill at which is nice before heading out. Drinks and flavor is like any of your typical bubba place
Honestly the best place downtown to get a Taro Milk Tea and Takoyaki! Server is always great too.

Shrimp Tempura Onigiri
Incredibly rude and negative owners. I was talked negatively by the owners because i work as a Door Dash Driver and pick up food there. Today June 30th 2023 the owner of both 1982 Ramen & Tea Do came to my car while i was waiting to receive a Door Dash order asking me why do i keep asking questions and why haven’t i came up to him and asked him. I had no clue whom this guy was until i ask him and he responded with that he is the owner of the business. Before for like 2 or 3 days times were rough and my i didn’t have enough money to pay my cellphone bill so me knowing that they have guest wifi. I went in there used there guest wifi to get Door Dash orders till i was able to pay my cellphone bill and get data back on my cellphone. I don’t recommend 1982 Ramen or Tea Do restaurants the ownership are negative

Got there when it opened and was the only one there. Ordered two simple milk teas with boba and I thought it’ll only take at least 5-10 minutes since I was the only one there and 10 minutes had passed, I still haven’t receive my drinks and asked the girl up front where my drinks at she said “it’ll take a while since they are making the boba now.” Told the girl to give me my refund. I don’t understand why they couldn’t have the boba made before they open. Insanely unorganized. Hopefully they can get their act together.
My 11 year old daughter goes there with her aunt. So, I decided to try it with my daughter. The avocado smoothie was amazing as well as the shrimp tempura onigiri. The inside is super clean too! Definitely going there again.
Placed a pick-up order through grubhub at 9. I paid for the order and went to pick my drinks up only to find out the store is closed. If you close at 9 on Sunday’s change the times on the delivery apps. I shouldn’t have to pay and waste my time for drinks.
