I took a friend there to celebrate her birthday. The restaurant had a good atmosphere and vibe.
The service was okay. The individual servers were very kind, but as a whole, the service was sort of lacking. There were 4 separate people that came to our table and it felt like they didn't really communicate. I was asked by 3 people about a refill on the wine. My wine glass was taken away, brought back, and taken away again before bringing back a full glass. It was comical.
As for the food, it started off pretty great - we shared bread, cheese, and dried tuna as an appetizer and some wine. We followed with huevo eggs, calamari with anchovies, and patatas bravas. Somewhere, somehow, both my friend and I had pretty bad *digestion issues* not long after returning home, which lasted several hours and into the night... For that experience alone, I would not risk going back, unfortunately.

Boneless Spare Ribs
We are not familiar with The Hague and found the restaurant online. It is a michelin star recommended restaurant and because of that we were amazed by the price/quality of the food! We expected to pay more than we did! Since it is a tapas restaurant we were afraid the portions would be too small and that we would leave hungry, but this was not the case at all. They adjusted the portion sizes based on us being 2 people and it was more than enough. We ordered a total of 7 dishes. We were too full for desert so we’ll have to come back for that :)

Yellowtail Kingfish Ceviche
Ackwardly asked to wait in a call hallway without getting any attention from the staff maybe was a false start. Waiter with a garlic breath not the best experience. Then we luckily enjoyed very good tapas. There was too little space between the tables sonit felt like a group diner rather than a romantic night. All in all the food lacked the wow-factor. The somewhat pretentious but beautiful restaurant made me expect more. I'd recommend the delicious shrimp croquetas with herb aïoli and I'd skip the boneless Iberico ribs which could have been tender but where fatty and the taste came only from the marinade.

I was going there expecting it to be mediocre but turned out to be pretty good! Food was nice and cocktails were awesome, highly recommended. The place also looks very decent. The only thing was that it took quite some time to order, but luckily we were not in a hurry.

Food was good, ambience was good too.
Only downside is menu is very limited and almost no chicken options; staff can be friendlier.
I generally recommend for a budget of 40 euros per person and pork/sea food lovers.
Overall, we had a nice dining experience. However, if you are vegetarian, there are not so many choices as the tapas are mostly meat and fish. Service is friendly, but I expected more from this place, like changing our plates between the starter and main course. Olive oil tastes really good, of very nice quality.

We went here for date night and absolutely loved it! The food was delicious and the staff very nice and accommodating. They even chased after us when I forgot my umbrella as we left. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu!
