I love this little place! It seems like a little time capsule sort of place, though it was a little more "friendly" before the "pand"; there is a plexiglass barrier at the counter now. Still, it's a far better alternative to any fast food mega chain selling the same sort of menu offerings. It's worth it to pay a little more and buy locally, including taco yummy. I have only eaten at Taco Via a few times in the last 20 years. It's run by a nice Christian family. Always clean, and the food has been a little better than I expected each time I've eaten there. It looks like they've never redone it inside since they've owned it. It's always nice and clean, but it looks like something out of the 80s. Waaayyy better than Taco Bell, though, in my opinion. Placing this review solely based on customer service. I ordered three tacos without cheese. And three tacos without cheese or sauce. Received three tacos WITH only cheese. I called to have it rectified. And she ARGUED with me and refused to give me her name. WHAT RESPECTABLE FOLLOWERS OF CHRIS 👎🏽 all I wanted was to have them remade properly, I didn’t want a refund, and that option wasn’t even offered. The cherry on the top? The restaurant is cold and unfriendly. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Been going here since they opened. The food is still pretty good. The reason for my review today is that I went for carry-out at 1:45 pm on a weekday and it took 30 minutes to get food. Then when I got it (food for two) I only came home with 1 thing of sauce. They used to put the sauce out for your to grab, but now apparently they assume how many you need. I know inflation is a thing, but it's hard to believe that given the prices they charge that they can't sauces available to the public. Or refills available (which they have always charged for). Been going to Taco Via since my college days (many moons ago). The food is always great and fresh. You see people of all ages at Taco Via as it's a long-term addiction. The only thing that makes me sad is they are closed on Sunday and Momday! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Taco
One of few places you cannot dine in. I was hoping they have improved from my last visit over 2 years ago but they haven’t. Service Take out

I love this place. I have been coming to Taco Via since I was little. Great food, great atmosphere and great employees! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Taco Dog
Food was ok....seemed a bit pricey for what we got. My wife found a hair in her sancho when she was about done. No, she did not tell them. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Taco Burger
I'm a Lee's Summit native who has been living in Rhode Island for nearly a decade. Every time I come home, I make sure to stop at Taco Via. The quality and service is always good, and I crave their taco sauce on a regular basis. This summer, I actually bought a large order of sauce, and kept in the cooler on the drive home. I went through it quickly, but found that it froze and thawed really well! Not as good as dining there, but enough to get me through until my next Taco Via visit!

Always the best. The original 95th & Antioch location can't be beat. Debbie is the best front of the restaurant gal ever! Nachos (peppers on the side for me), Sanchos and/or Beef & Bean Burritos with onion sauce are always required on a trip to Taco Via! Love it!
