Close to work, many visits via drive-through from phone/online orders. Out of many visits and complicated orders, they got a few orders 100%, and all other orders above 98% correct. Staff completed work of order but seemed preoccupied. i cannot rate Taco Bell good or bad. It's just simply Taco Bell. It isn't bad. It isn't five star. It exists in a texmex void between ratings. You consistently know what you're getting. I have special requests that get accepted for my burrito to have only beef and cheese. I dislike beans, so They make it perfect, nice team always alert. Mcdonalds and burgerking price went up, consider tacobell for lunch. Its a breakfast just like other fastfood breakfast. Its on the way to work i95 , and if it saves you money? Service at this location has been spotty at best for years due to high staff turnover, with their hours a suggestion at times, and randomly not being open some days, but never had issues with the food when i finally got it. Until today, that is. Opened up one of my Cheesy Gordita Crunch, only to be really grossed out with what i saw. Covered on the outside with a greyish-greenish substance, with a visible handprint in the same hue. Honestly looks like either mold or boogers. Makes me question if i should eat the rest at all, even though it looks fine! With food prices going up and up, and the fact that Taco Bell is no longer "cheap" fast food, dissapointing to have to throw money in the trash. If you’re looking for fast food, don’t go here. I’m door dashing. I went into the lobby at 9:30. Both workers were too busy dealing with one car to even let me know, I’ll be with you in a minute. They saw I’ve been standing in the lobby but at 9:40 greeted someone else who came in after me. They ultimately didn’t great me until 9:45. I didn’t leave until 9:50. This is totally unacceptable. The workers seemed stressed out and unable to handle taking an order when we were the only people there . Items missing from our order , we had to go back and ask for them , food was cold . Got about a teaspoon of cheese sauce for my chips. Tried to order a bean and rice burrito - got told sternly they’re out of rice . Said okay we’ll get the five layer and maybe put some lettuce in there . Nothing but cold beans , a smattering of beef . Mostly a cold wrap filled with sour cream . Don’t bother w this location they are understaffed and exhausted , it’s cheap food but you aren’t even getting what you think you would get . It’s been terrible every time . Whoever manages or owns this place isn’t there enough , or they aren’t paying their workers enough 🤷‍♂️ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Attempted to place order on DoorDash. It went through but when the driver arrived they said they never got it. We tried to place it again and they still didn't get it. My driver was kind enough to read them my order verbatim to get it ordered through the front counter. Despite him reading it to them, none of it was correct. The order was supposed to be a combo with a crunchwrap with chicken add jalapeños and Chipotle sauce, a DLT supreme and a Baja blast zero sugar. A soft potato taco was supposed to be customized with creamy jalapeno sauce. What we received was two regular crunchwraps, no modifications, one DLT supreme, one regular hard taco, and a soft potato taco. In the time my driver was there, several other drivers came in and had no issues getting their orders for their customers. Pretty sure my order was just ignored due to substitutions.
