Food was great I had an issue with my order honest mistake and the Manager was fantastic and handled it immediately and was so kind and even gave me coupons for free tacos. I don't know his name but I'm the lady allergic to lettuce and he made sure personally that lettuce never touched my food he was excellent and deserves a raise!!!!! I highly recommend the TACO BELL BY THE MALL! Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

By far the work experience yet. Pulled up to drive-thru and the person taking orders got impatient that I was not answering him to place my order even though I could not pull all the way up to the microphone due to vehicles in front of me. After placing the order I was still not able to move forward again due to vehicles in front of me and he repeated the pricing for me twice with utmost attitude. After getting to the window to pay I was laughed at for wanting to use gift cards that I had received over the holidays and was then only able to use half of what I had given them. Upon getting home with my food I realized that the food order was only half correct and that the burritos I ordered we almost empty and mostly tortilla. I would highly recommend against people going here unless you absolutely won’t go to any other locations. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

It's fast food. Used the drive-through. Having said that,I really enjoyed the veggie burrito that I got. I haven't been able to replicate it at home, so I'm very glad it remains available here. Placed a mobile order as a guest. The money came out of my account. But I never got a confirmation code or an email. Since I signed in as a guest. I still went to the restaurant to pick up my order Since they still took the money out of my account, and they insisted that they didn't have my order. When I asked for a refund they said that they couldn't refund me Because it was still a pending transaction. Here we are an hour and a 1/2 later. And I now have to file a dispute because they still did not have my order. Glad to know that though They will gladly take the money out of your account and put it on hold as a preauthorization Like they are a pharmacy..but you never retrieve your food. You just give them your money's worth for free. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My whole family loves Taco Bell. Their combo meals are filling and budget friendly. It's always clean and well stocked. The staff are friendly and attentive. Excellent fast food place. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The worse service EVER. we had 2 separate orders and the girl is finna say there’s only 2 ppl they can’t do that many orders? but it’s 11pm at night and they don’t close until 1 and it’s a wednesday night so it’s not busy at all and we are the only ppl in the drive through so why she was acting like this for a couple of tacos idk. i didn’t choose this job for her. DO NOT GO HERE. They will mess up your order. Your food will be ruined. I imagine the terrible service is on purpose so that the employees working there can still get paid while having less work to do because of return customers. I understand being mad at a customer who is being rude or comes in right before you close (I work in food service myself), but we were no such thing. For the night shift workers that did their damndest to mess up our orders and convince us never to return: You did an excellent job. Service Take out

I've ordered through the app for pick up 3 times now and all three times they made me wait out in the parking lot for over 35 minutes for an order I placed and payed for 30 prior to arriving and the app said my order was ready. The staff and the managers attitudes were snippy and down right rude. I won't be going back. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
