I didn’t want to post my compliant. I tried to handle my concerns “in house “ but after being over-talked and belittled I can honestly say I have NEVER had such horrific treatment or discourteous service in my life. This should say something. As a corporation a brand that I often recommend for your Vegan options. I strongly recommend you retrain your GM Ms. J Carter. On top of mishandling my order she blamed me for asking for help. I can understand orders being made wrong. I will never understand rude customer service employees the expectation is with the name. Sad because I will never recommend or eat there again until she is replaced or retrained. Danielle the manager is rude as hell and refused to help when I told her EVERY TIME we go through there our food is messed up. I will be calling corporate. My rolled tacos were BURNT and my cinnamon crisps were literally broken tiny pieces and tasted like chemicals. I've been going to this Taco Bell drive thru occasionally for like 15 years. I have no idea how it's been this consistent, but the people who work there have been noticeably warm and friendly to me for that entire 15 years. I have a soft spot for this place and the good vibes that it's given me. Service: 5

Those people were not patient. They were screaming at me. Three people were on the intercom. They were rushing me! The final straw I told them they could juz keep their food and I pulled off and went to Wendy's across the street! I don't ever want to even go back there. It's the only one one my work side of town. Nacho fries had definitely been under a heat lamp FOREVER! Ordered 3 tacos with Fire sauce. No fire sauce or any sauce. Check your order! Large vehicles will scrape their rims in the drive-thru so DO NOT use drive-thru if you care about your wheels!!! For real, I'm an excellent driver and I wouldn't try. Somebody hacked my app and ordered food for delivery from this taco bell location. I called and they said they would cancel the order, but they did not and it still got delivered to the thief. I'm thinking the workers here are in on the scheme. Service: 1

This place NEVER passes the vibe check. It makes Taco Bell look terrible and I hope whoever owns this franchise reads these reviews and gets this staff together because they deserve to be shut down. This is the closest TB for those every few months cravings and they have never not once gotten the order right. Even if it’s as simple as a value burrito. Consistently wrong. My husband ordered a vegetarian Mexican pizza which is clearly on the menu. Look at the photo to see what they gave us.
